Default best way to get local advice?

    Hi all,

Im currently a cam/phone girl and I'm trying to get into escorting. Im a black bbw in a big city thats mostly white and fit. there are a few bbws here and there but they aren't very "high end". Theres one girl, however, also a black bbw im in LOVE with. Her style is awesome and her ads are well written. Id love to connect with her and ask her some questions (mostly about the market here for us, and LE, im brand new to my city) but I read in some places thats a no no. Id of course pay her for her time (it says on her twitter she cams, but Idk where), I wouldnt expect this advice for free. But at the same time being so similar I guess id be her future "competition"? Is it worth it to even try, or is NO a hard fast rule? Back on my old SW account when I tried stripping (i was way skinnier back then) I reached out to a few local girls here about dancing and they were very helpful, im never afraid to ask questions but obviously this is a little different. Thanks for reading.

When it comes to approaching someone in this line of work, it's best to come off as polite as possible. If she's on twitter, why not first start retweeting some of her tweets and then commenting on some of them to open up a dialogue. After you've done that, you can then try shooting her a quick message and see what happens. If she's not open to giving you any advice, your best bet is to sign up for safeoffice and ask the ladies there.

I think you can probably get the info you need without talking to her - she has put in the work to figure out her market and might be offended that you're trying to get info from her. I could be wrong though. I just think with her being in such a niche market, she might be protective over her business. IDK

When I'm new to a city, I look at other ads in the area to see what pricing is looking like, see what areas seem to be popular as far as 'incall' and it's totally worth running some test ads ... word them differently, use different sets of photos , put different rates and see who bites and for what.

I've been doing that research which is how I found her. But yeah I feel like she might be sketched out, I'm very wary of contacting her but I also know it's nice to have a contact in this business. I literally know NO ONE in my city.

It sounds a little lonely but sometimes working and knowing no one is actually pretty refreshingly drama free. If you want to PM if it's a city I've worked in can give u some feedback, totally up to u.

Hope it all goes really well

Also, the ladies who post in the discussions at VerifyHim are very helpful and sweet (for the most part) and from all over, so you may also be able to connect with someone in your area as well!

Yes, the VerifyHim girls are quite responsive. I'm guessing they're a bit younger so more excited/ open to talking about their experiences.

I was lucky to have friends in the industry when I first started that basically walked me through everything but that's rare. I would also hit girls up, invite them to lunch .. word the email something like

"I'm looking to get started and would love to connect with someone like you who has experience as a bbw/ etc..... Can I take you to lunch?"

I only had one girl say yes. LOL. Take it as a compliment. I personally don't get rattled by my competition so would never have an issue connecting with another chick but hey *flips hair*

Either way The best experience is by trial and error
