Mind Blowing Dancing AFTER pregnancy tips

I'm 21 weeks pregnant, belly noticeable now and freaking out cause I don't think I'll "bounce back" from my pregnancy body To go back to dancing before the super bowl hits here.. I have not gotten any stretch marks on my belly but my boobs have some nasty purple ones already Are there any dancing moms on here? How long did it take for you after birth to go back to dancing? How bad were your stretch marks? Did you use anything to make them fade? How was your money compared to before your pregnancy? Any clothing/ make up tips on hiding stretch marks? What about breastfeeding while dancing? Help😩😔

In time for the super bowl will defs be pushing it..it would be a miracle but hey everyone is different. I'm 28 weeks and due the second week,of January and I know I won't be good to go for 2 months at the very least..last time it took me six weeks to even walk straight and stop bleeding. And that's if you have a vaginal , a c section will be a much longer recovery I hear. Breastfeeding really helped me bounce back and I plan on doing it again. WIC has one of those 400 dollar electric pumps you can rent for free..the hand pumps take FOR-EVER.
I only got stretch marks the last few weeks of my pregnancy , and only on one side..the skin bounced back really well and the stretch marks turn silver and are easily covered w self tanner or makeup. It rly depends on your age, your skin genes, and how well you keep in shape during pregnancy. Eat lots of protein and healthy fats it keeps skin supple and stretchy. Use Shea butter for your tummy and boobs. Keep your weight gain to the recommended amount and stay active. Then bind after giving birth and rest up!
If you are self conscious when you first go back, garter belts and half corsets work really well!

I went back about 6 months after giving birth. I still had baby weight...I still made $. my belly was never as flat as it used to be, even now that I weigh less than before I got pregnant.my belly is softer. I can't get abs no matter how many sit ups I do, but found that men actually like my body softer, curvier. my butt got bigger and stayed big..my boobs are a little bigger and floppier (lol) but not a huge difference. my stretch marks were red then faded to white/silver. i'm really white so you can barely see them now. honestly i wouldn't worry too much about it. we are harder on ourselves than men are. they don't notice or care about all the little details we worry about. just keep healthy, exercise, drink lots of water. you can always pump in the dressing room or cam from home until you're ready to dance again. good luck

I went back after 4 months. I had a few stretch marks on my hips, lower stomach and boobs, but they're very light colored. My stretch marks on my breasts were more purple/red when I was pregnant, but faded quickly after delivery. I didn't get stomach stretch marks until the last month.
I don't try to hide my stretch marks, but one girl at work has a more worn out stomach. She wears dresses and pulls it down so her boobs are out, but her stomach is covered. She never takes it fully off.

It was scary returning to my club. I was scared of what everyone would think, comparing the before and after. It was good though, everyone was kind and complimented me. My money has gotten better, but I think that's due to my hustle improving.

I breastfed when I returned to work. I'd make time around the same time when possible or just whenever I caught a break, to go down and pump milk. I'd bring a little lunchbox with cold packs in it to store the milk in or dump it if I was drinking. After the first few weeks or months your boobs quit leaking randomly so you shouldn't need to worry about getting milk on customers unless they squeeze your boobs.
