Multiple sites were down earlier including Payoneer.

Yeah the list of sites on the article is huge. It's scary how many that are being affected by this.

I wonder if this is why Streamate is so incredibly dead today. Or, at least it is for me.

Well, Streamate has been like this all week...so I doubt that's it.
twitter still down. Streamate has been dead for months...

I was on twitter earlier this morning following a lot of people and then all of a sudden I was locked out of my account and sent an email saying this "Your account may have been compromised by a website or service not associated with Twitter.' and then telling me to change my password? Was the email really from twitter tho? I am confused what all of this means![]()
I also just seen this on top of a page of NF....so really what does all this mean?
twitter is working for me!
It was down for a short time earlier today tho.....working for me again too tho. It happened earlier right after getting locked out of my account and I was thinking they blocked me or something......lol

Battlefield 1 servers are down too merrrrr

I read up and apparently it's the east coast of USA that's affected although anyone around the world might get disruptions on some sites. All sites have been fine for me all day. Mental that one attack can affect so many sites though!

"The huge attack on global internet access, which blocked some of the world’s most popular websites, is believed to have been unleashed by hackers using common devices like webcams and digital recorders.
Among the sites targeted were Twitter, Paypal and Spotify. All were customers of Dyn, an infrastructure company in New Hampshire in the US that acts as a switchboard for internet traffic.
Outages were intermittent and varied by geography, but reportedly began in the eastern US before spreading to other parts of the country and Europe."
