This is what I like to call "banana-o'clock". I always bring a banana and some nuts with me. When I start to get my cranky pants on because I've just dealt with my millionth "maybe later *try to grope for free anyway*" and my energy/blood sugar level is low, I take myself off to a cozy little corner of the dressing room with a water/coffee and my banananananana, wrap myself in my super fluffy hoodie, pop my headphones in, and watch some funny videos of cats on the internet. Once I've finished my banana, if I'm still low on pep, I play my jam. Usually either T Swift's "shake it off" or that "Let it Go" song from the Disney movie Frozen. Beyoncé is also good for finding my inner fierce. I rock out to it (there may or may not be some air guitar and/or drums because I DGAF) and get myself all pumped up and confident and happy, whip off my headphones and hoodie, then get back out into the field for battle round deux! 3am-4am is the hour of power baby, yah! *self high-five*
