    Default Silly question matress?

Hi can anyone recommend a durable double matress?

All the bouncing about has broken the springs in mine and it offers no support anymore while sleeping.
Even a memory foam topper cant fix how soft it has become.

Any brands etc you recommend as I dont want to replace a matress every 9 months

i suggest getting a pillow top bed i had one that i ended up throwing away after by x moved out (he bought it) it was the most comfortable bed ive ever had . i ended up throwing it away because there was literally indents like huge sunken in pockets all over it because hes 500 pounds and barely walks so he was flopping down with his whole body weight crashing down on it every time he got onto it. The rent to own place didnt even want it when they tried to take it back (he moved and left it and i didnt want it )and they just ended up letting me keep it but it got so uncomfortable after awhile because all those indents made sleeping on it not so fun. Im sleeping on the floor right now on top of a pile of pillows sort of like a Japanese tatami pad but plan on getting a full pillow top mattress after i move next month.

Pillow top mattress have a layer of pretty much pillow stuffing on top of the actual mattress that layer gives protection to the actual mattress from the beating camgirls give to it with all the stuff we typically do on a bed and it makes you feel like ur sleeping on a cloud.

I second the pillowtop, I have a mattress, minus the box spring and frame similar to this https://www.walmart.com/ip/Spa-Sensa...Sizes/15739163

Have had no problems with it at all over the past few years.

Girl trust me I know about back issues for some reason I cant lay on my back for the past 2 weeks without my muscles cramping up. I been camping out on my couch because I cant sleep on my back on it. Hope it gets better.

The floor is more comfortable than the bed now. Feels amazing but cant sleep longer than an hour that way. Holding the top of the door and twisting seams to pop it so I can at least move about in the morning

have u thought about getting an airbed for now? im sure money is the reason you havent went ahead and just gotten a new one. i had an airbed for a few months and it was very comfortable. my cat wast the reason it got holes in it - it was because i had it widged in the middle of two nightstands and i guess the way i had them and the bed one of the corners got the bed and the put a hole in it. my cat was very good with the airbed she never put her claws in it and she always just jumped on it and layed next to me or walked on it no claws

An air bed might not be the best thing if you have back problems. I've had chronic back problems since I was 10, and air beds are my lumbar region's nemesis! I've had a foam only Ikea mattress for a few years. It's firm enough that I get good back support, and it's way less expensive than a comparably comfortable box spring.

Going to look at both options. Didnt think of a foam one. Just hope the next one is going to last longer than 9 months. I can see now why parents told me off for jumping on the bed as a kid lol.
