    Default Dancer legs

I've been retired for five years or so, but I can still spot a stripper by her legs. I've tried ballet, yoga, running, cycling, and weights have been a long time thing in my fitness regimen, but nothing I've tried gives that same look. I want that long, toned look back! Any ideas?

I love the Ballet Beautiful workouts by Mary Helen Bowers. Suuuch great leg/butt exercises, and she also has full-body workouts.

I think this is genetic though. Some people are more lean, thicker, or build muscle fast.

Using weight machines at the gym (mine has like 10 different ones for every muscle in the leg area) has already made a massive difference in my legs. Moreso than dancing ever did, because you can adjust the weight amount.

With dancing, you're limited to the amount your body/body weight allows you to put on them, so that's why weights/the gym gave me much better results.
