Let me guess... they all contain sugar and or wheat/ gluten
Just shop at Whole Foods whenever possible and voila! Don't have to worry as much about cancer causing ingredients.
I don't like the article that much because it generalizes and doesn't provide detailed explanations. Like for soda, the "bad" ingredients are white refined sugar, and high fructose corn syrup, caffeine (not good for kids, those with sensitivities, those with anxiety, those with insomnia, etc), artificial flavors/colors.
It's possible to get a quality soda without those ingredients.

I shop @ Whole Paycheck for their buffet mainly..just too expen$ive! I mean, if there's something organic there that I can't find somewhere else, I'll get it. I do buy organic coffee there, & love the organic coconut water (there's a coffee one too)
I feel like no matter what, there'll be something wrong w/the food for you.

I was at whole foods last night. I was looking for a pie crust, and all I could see were pie crusts without stuff, no gluten, no fat etc. I picked one at random, but the line was about 100 feet long, so I put it back and went to a smaller store where they just had "pie crust" and bought it in two minutes. Moral of the story? Convenience is key too. Time is life.
Where Am I? Missing NYC

Or just buy the ingredients at a store and make it!
O yeah this list forgot inorganic dairy (tons of hormones and bad shit they feed the cows) and inorganic strawberries/grapes/salad greens/apples. Look up "the dirty dozen" for the produce that contains the most pesticides. Some of them contain up to 30 pesticides sprayed on them.
You don't have to buy everything organic, just look up the stuff w the most hormones, additives, and pesticides and buy that in organic. It's worth it

More and more people are being identified as having cancer because of the growing number of unhealthy foods are getting introduced into the market. Food like processed meat, organic fruits which can increase the risk of cancer. Consuming alcohol and smoking also increases the risk of cancer. My uncle had the habit of both drinking and smoking, so in very early stage of their life, he has been diagnosed with brain cancer. They have taken help of professional radiation therapy Westchester, they suggested him to undergo with the Cyberknife treatment New York to destroy the tumor cells.

I was told... If corn and soy isn't organic, it causes breast cancer and hormornal issues. Must be organic.
Also, know the meaning of your produce labels.
Not everything at Whole Foods is organic either. So misleading that store.

^^^You're right. I guess for the beginner who knows bare minimum about making healthy food selections it's easier to shop Whole Foods or the natural food section of The regular grocery store. However it's still important to keep learning about nutrition and read the labels. Also I believe there is lax regulation on what food manufacturers can label as "natural" etc.
Plus I noticed Whole Foods sells wine here now. And I falsely assumed their alcoholic drinks would be similar quality as the other drinks - nope. Ingredients like sulfites and other disgusting preservatives. If that shit don't cause cancer it will kill you slowly.
Must read labels and stay informed.
Also I find women tend to eat way healthier when they are pregnant because they don't want to risk consuming anything that would cause injury to the fetus. Like if you wouldnt eat it if you were pregnant why would you eat it now? So eat as though you're pregnant (not the eating for two but watching what you eat) or how you'd want your pregnant wife to eat will be a great step to preventing cancer.

I hate white wine so I wasn't affected by the new study that claims that it can be cancer causing. TBH all alcohol can cause cancer. So be advised.

I guess I'm guilty of farmed salmon sometimes:-(
