I'm curious about this. Christina Aguilera just released a statement about how she was taking some herbal supplement to help her lose fat, and it ended up getting her fired because it looked like she was taking drugs. I've always taken green tea blends and that does help, but what she was taking is called garcinia cambogia.
Anyone have herbal recommendations? Of course I'm dieting and exercising, and I also don't really want to take any supplements that are synthetic unless it's a pre-workout matrix or added protein.
