That's odd, I've seen them pop up on various websites etc, and really randomly like I've been on Amazon and it happened or similar. Maybe do you need to update skype or update anything to do with security on your computer that might be causing a glitch?
I think skype just did an update the other day but I will check again. Another weird thing that just happened is one of my regulars just tipped me on cam4 for a skype show. Right after he tipped me, another guy that was on my skype sent me a message trying to say he was the one that just tipped me and trying to say he was my regular. So I called my regular and asked him if he just sent me a message under another name and he said no. While we were talking about it and before we ever started the show, we both heard another voice in the back ground talking over us. It was very weird! So I hung up and then called him back. Before I called him back I deleted and blocked the guy that was trying to say he was the one that tipped for the show and we never heard the voice again.
Is it possible that someone had hacked into my skype? Has anyone ever had this happen to them? How was another guy or voice talking over me and my regular?

Do you click on links from Skype or any other app? That certificate looks old. What version of Skype are you using and what's you operating system? It does indeed sound like someone has access to your system. Have you used remote access software with anyone lately? Like team viewer? Just a few things to think about so we can trouble shoot the issue
I have 2 laptops one is a windows 10 and the version of skype on it is 7.29.64.102 and the other laptop is window 8 with version 7.28.0.101. Whats weird is I've had that happened twice today and its happened on both laptops today. One of the times it happened I was in a show with another regular of mine.
I haven't used team viewer or any kind of remote access with anyone and I normally don't click on links thru skype but I can't be 100% sure that I haven't clicked on a link that they have sentBad I know!! I think I may have clicked on a pic or video from someone not to long ago tho not really thinking before I did it
So does this mean they have access to my whole computer or just my skype? What do I need to do? ;(
Check the date and time on your pc. If possible sync it to a time server normally when its out of sync it starts to show you certs as its not matching date times.

Honestly at this point I don't know. It could be someone accessing through your network if its both PCs. I did three Skype shows today and I didn't get that. Maybe change your isp password

Are you using a firewall? I only ask as there is a flaw in Skype that can reveal your ip that gamers use to flood ip and lag out their opponent. If your just using Windows firewall get something additional like zonealarm free. As it hides the last part of your ip anyway. with your ip they can open ports that other programs may have opened. And of course give your pc a virus scan. However the security cert points to the server its on isnt matching the time on the pc so try sync the time first. But always use more than the built in firewall. Zonelabs does a much better job

What kind of antivirus do you have? Does it come with a registry wiping option? That's what it looks like to me.
If you use avast or avg. You can second line defend with adaware as well. So like zonelabs can run with the built in firewall. You can also have 2 line antivirus as well.
A reg scan is always a great idea as well. If you have the avs4you kit it has a great scanner in that. Or cc clean
Just woke hubbie and he said that looks like a remote desktop connection screen. Rdp tool windows built in connection tool. Skype shouldnt be showing this as it gives access in windows very much like team viewer.
No. They would need the ip address and username and password to get on your router. Then set up a port forward or bring a target pc into the dmz. The router will have a firewall on anyway. Its doubtful you use ddns
It looks like you have clicked something which links to the rdp. Get a firewall for each pc on the network and run a scan. Skype for business has an rdp part but works with normal Skype. He would offer to check it over but he cant.
Reboot the pc anyway as that will close down any connections
Have a look at this to check if remote is enabledbon your pc

If you use the internet at all, you should own antivirus! if you work on the internet where there are viruses and hackers galore, you HAVE to have it. it isn't something you should EVER let lapse. your best defense against having private info stolen or your computer shut down due to a virus and losing EVERYTHING is getting a decent antivirus. I recommend either kaspersky or webroot. yes, you have to pay for them, but knowing your computers are safe should make it worth it.
Yeah I know its bad but I thought I was still protected even tho its expiredBut thats what I am doing right now is deleting McAfee from both laptops and installing new virus protection and then I am going to do a scan. Also calling my ISP to get my ip address changed.
Also I watched the video that Selena posted and unchecked the box that allows remote access

You know how when fish expires, you can't use it? Same idea with antivirus... once it's expired, it's gone.
Hun grab yourself an antivirus program
Get a firewall. Other than the windows one
Vpn is a tough one as they all claim to not slow your cobbection but they all do. I dont always use the vpn as my connection runs at 19mbps upload without one. but runs at 18mbps with one. So it depends what I am working on. Uploading a video etc. No vpn. Actual cam site I dont really need a vpn as sat behind a companys server. Skype every time I use a vpn as there are loop holes
I installed an new anti virus program last night but do I need to have windows defender turned on too or do I need to turn it off? I don't want them fighting against each other.
If its a decent one it should have turned defender off. Its a total resource hog anyway. I just use adaware as a second line of defence. On the cam pc I use avast as avg doesnt like the skyprivate plugin.
Use a firewall as well hun. Antivirus only deals with software hurting the pc. The firewall stops hacks from getting in

I use private Internet access or pia.
I pay with a Amazon payment $6 a month.
Speed test wise it slows my connection to Streamate from 150 no vpn to 155 vpn active in seattle. So between UK and seattle I am encrypted. I only use 128bit aes mode. Obviously there is a small cpu % cost.as well.
I couldnt use hide my ass as part of the avg anti virus as avg doesnt like skyprivate plug in so had to switch to avast and adaware antivirus
