    Dizzy Ursula's Soup

What if I told you there is a soup you could make that will make you feel full, less than 30 calories per bowl, and will you keep you healthy as you lose weight?

    Ursula's Soup

    Ingredients
    1. Dry Seaweed *user's preference, but I say 10 to 20 sheets is plenty = 10 calories. Good source of protein, and low in sodium and carbs.
    2. Chicken Broth unsalted. 1 cup. 15 calories. This is for the fullness, warmth feeling.
    3. Water
    4. Pinch of Pepper
    5. And for flavor 3-6 spoons of pickle vinegar because it gives it a "robust taste" because the chicken broth unsalted is kind of plain tasting.

    ----------
Good thing about this soup, you can add tofu, chicken, whatnot to your discretion.

I'll add some shiitake mushrooms to it as well, love miso soup!

Sounds great, I have some miso packets, maybe I can add ingredients to that?

Probably. I think it's more of an off brand Korean soup than a Japanese soup, called Miyeokguk*not that it matters* (because I am trying to avoid salt as much as possible for water retention purposes, and to avoid high blood pressure, and the label of Miso soup had a lot of salt at least at my local grocery store). Although that it low caloric, so I guess it depends on the purpose. I think for weight loss; low carbs, low calories, low to medium-low sodium.

Wikipedia: (this did not give me my idea; but its the closest resemblance to this dish

The original recipe uses Mussel broth (I couldn't find this in the local store). And I think the next time I make this I am using half a cup of crush dried shrimp for flavor (50 calories, 0 carbs).

    ----
Recommend to not use Ramen noodle soup "packet" for flavor. I made that mistake the other night thinking it was zero caloric. And I made the mistake of using "regular broth" because I was semi-bloated due to sodium. This however was just trying to drink broth as a weight loss method, but it was just liquid not a soup, and I didn't feel full. And no, I am not going to drink pure broth again after this little recipe.

I just called my soup Ursula because it reminded me of her cave, and the seaweed creatures. And then she transform herself from an obese octopus witch to a skinny beautiful Vanessa who was trying take Ariel's man.
