    Default Toronto FBSM tour

Planning on doing a tour over there and have a few q's...

    1) I'm aware that terb is a very popular place to advertise. Also Eros, but I've only seen a few massage girls advertising on that site... Is backpage a no-go? Here in Ottawa it is only CERB And bp.

    2) Should I simply cover the bed with a latex nuru bed sheet (since I provide nuru massage) or lug my massage table with me? I'll be taking the train, so that will be an extra load to carry around.

    3) for those of you who tour and use Airbnb, how many clients will you see maximum to avoid drawing attention to yourself? Would it be more worthwhile for me to pay extra to book a hotel instead if I'd like to see 5 clients per/day?

I have tons of great CERB reviews, phenomenal photos, and a professional website, so I don't see myself having an issue. Travelling freaks the hell outta me though!!!

I used to tour a lot ... Air BNB I would just really scope the place out as much as possible online (see how close neighbors are, what type of building, double check no doorman etc) and I think 5 ppl a day is realistic, spaced out a little you know?
I think planning is everything, keeping travel costs low helps with the anxiety of travel ... and having an Air BNB was always cool because you can have a kitchen to cook, make snacks etc and cut down on eating out.

I'd just use your bed with a sheet ... I've hauled a massage table and it is horrific on a train or any kind of public transport

Hi, does it make sense to travel to Canada since the US dollar is so strong now?
I'll be traveling to Toronto for business soon, and I'm checking out the rates and service. Seems like a lot of providers are charging less and offering more than in the US.

Wishing you tons of luck, I've been thinking of touring Canada also.Have you thought about working in the spas there to get your feet wet & a feel for what works? That's my plan B when I tour there.

Great, go tell that to your review board friends. If you don't have any advice, please don't comment at all.

Obsession, I was thinking about that... I have thought about that, but I don't want to go through the process of interviewing. Or handing over 50% of my money. I suppose I could put out a few feeler ads before I decide to go to see if it's worth it.

Ahhh gotcha, I hate the split system crap too .If you do go, the spa as a backup wouldn't hurt. Most of the spas I've worked here in the states were based off the tips system.Quite sure they have some over there too like that.If you want since I've been doing research on some of their spas, I can pm you some of the one's I'm applying too.

In Toronto you need a license from the city to work in a spa. Not really worth getting if you're only touring for a few days, it costs around $500 after police check and drs note.

I can only speak as an escort from my experience but here is what I can tell you about advertising in TO. Terb is where you will find most Toronto clients, same with backpage. There are some Toronto clients on Eros but more travelling US businessmen. Not sure if Eros will work for you or not but if you have the money it might be worth a shot. Eros has a lot less traffic but almost all clients I have seen from there are quality gentlemen. You can also advertise on lyla, I know it's dead in the Toronto section but Ottawa/East Coasters do check it when travelling to Toronto. There is also caerf, a smaller toronto board but much cheaper to advertise than on terb. I recommend advertising 2 weeks in advance of your trip if you can!

As for airbnb, if you are just in Toronto a short time I wouldn't worry about how many clients you are seeing. It's best to choose a large condo building as neighbours seem to mind their own business but some condos have strong security (nosy doormen/key card elevators). Make sure there is a buzzer/intercom. I can offer hotel recommendations if you like via pm.

    Hope that helps!

I did know about the licence. How serious are they about enforcing it?

You probably won't be able to work at any spa without it, from how I understand it. Worth contacting a spa though, if you're super into that idea. And, to add to Ad_Astra, P411 is a good advertising platform for TO as well.

P411 for body rubs? I thought that was more for escort advertising.
