I contacted Rick's and The Seville. Can anyone give me any info on what they are like; last I saw Rick's was gowns, Seville was all lingerie...girls seemed really nice there.
Any tips? Any warnings?
Thanks

I have been at Rick's for almost two months. It's nice. It starting to pick up, I am coming back after a few weeks off.
There is a post in Club Reviews about how "house fees" and commissions work. It can be confusing if you are used to independent.
There have been some shake ups; firing of some trouble people, dress code coming ups....basically cleaning things up for super bowl.
The management is professional, staff friendly, and the girls generally get along (based on my experience)
You need to hustle, you need to sell rooms.
Any other info on clubs in this area?
I know Seville's supposed to be good.
Thanks![]()
I worked at Seville a couple years ago... from what I've heard it's been slow there and all over Minneapolis but hopefully it'll be picking up soon. I think it's like $40 if you're in by 8 and like $80 after 8. They added private rooms since I left... not sure on the pricing for that. Management was good when I worked there but they've been bought out by Ricks since I left so not sure how it is now. I believe they still let you wear lingerie.
At Rhino you can wear lingerie. Management has been decent to me overall... if you can sell rooms you can do well. It was better when it first opened but has been a lot slower lately. The house fee is free if you're ready by 6 and then goes from $35 up to $75 depending on when you sign in.
I think all the clubs are pretty slow lately with a lot of girls. If you're a good hustler and can sell rooms you can do well. It's been hit or miss for me lately. It was easier to make good money a couple years ago but there's still money if you get lucky or hustle well.
Rick's is employee only while Seville does independent contractors. Neither will hire travelers, btw.

Our club got a few MN girls last weekend. Crackdown after finding Jiz in the clubs according to the news slowed things down. I've thought about working up their, but due to getting older I'm not sure how I feel about more competition and uprooting myself again! We get a lot of MN girls, so I'm not sure if the grass is greener on the other side. as a more mature dancer I tell younger girls it's one half dozen of the other. Usallly if there's tons of money, the competition is fierce-including extras. I think the only way to know is try it out. I don't make money when I travel. I haven't sold rooms at a no contact club- hard sell? The club I work at is decent, but we get tons of girls and lots of young guys that just want to sit around and try to take us home-very frustrating. I might look at KOD later, but I want to finish school before I move again. I don't see how girls travel. I always move to the new club location.

I left Rick's back in April, a didn't like having to push customers to tip managers for rooms (certain manager's expected over 20% tip, even if they only ran the card) Rick's was getting pretty handsy, no manager back up on this. Money was pretty hit and miss, often just made house, or came up short.
You need to hustle rooms and bottles
Any current update on Spearmint Rhino? I’m traveling to Minnesota and was wondering if it was worth checking it out. If so is there anything specific that I should expect?
I think it’d be nice to work in an upscale club, but maybe I’m wrong. A lot of girls come down from Minneapolis, so it can’t be great. I would love to live in Minneapolis, but I have a feeling that trying to push rooms would stress me out. It drives me crazy how clubs act like pimps. I’d rather sell lap dances than push VIP rooms. I don’t do regulars either unless they are really stable.
How do the clubs out there feel about tattoos?
