A guy is wanting me to click on or download a video thru skype so I will know what kind of dance he is wanting. I don't down load videos from skype tho. Is there a way to down load the video safely?

what was the guys name? I had someone say basically exactly the same thing to me about a week ago, it smelt of a scam tbh so I blocked him

It is unsafe to download things that people send to you.

If he can't show you with a youtube link, then he doesn't need you to see it that badly.

Happyluke77 or if u click on that name it says f3isal4' Turned out it was a scam. I tries to lie and say that I watched the video and could do the dance. Somehow he knew that I hadnt and quit talking to me right away. So I went to cmd and searched the crooked clients list and found this on him:
Do not engage with him. He is a child pornographer. Also sends malicious files through Skype. Block immediately.
I had a feeling it was a scam at first too cause he was offering me $200 if I could do the dance. Usually if they start promising stuff like that right of the bat........its usually a scam!

wow this guy contacted me too glad I blocked him.

Not opening links from would be customers is even more important now to those of us in the UK because of the Snoopers Charter - Investigatory Powers Act 2016. "The new surveillance law requires web and phone companies to store everyone’s web browsing histories for 12 months and give the police, security services and official agencies unprecedented access to the data." https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...e-surveillance

I never click links or pics. I will admit I have clicked on a pic or video from a few guys that I knew or have done shows for ONLY but my computer and skype got hacked several weeks ago....so never again! I don't care who they are!
I just thought there might be a program or something that I could check it with first to see if its safe or not firstI've found tho that if the offer sounds too good to be true, it usually is and puts up a red flag for me. I didnt think to check the crooked clients list till after I posted here asking about it tho
