How tall are you and how much do weigh curently?

5'6 165 lbs. bra size about 36G
It's difficult to say, but maybe around 25 lbs?

that's what I figured. I'm saving up currently for a tummy tuck (3 c sections). i don't usually have trouble making money where I am, but I don't know how much longer our management will be there and things are kind of tumultuous at. the moment
You can do it! Idk if you'll really need a tummy tuck, it's difficult to tell from the photos. But if you eat a clean diet and work out about 4 times a week, you'll be there in about 3 months.
I had a baby a long time ago and gained about 45 lbs. I lost the weight and gained muscle but I had to eat a lot of salad and work out 4-5 times a week. You can do it. You just have to be very focused and do the work. Once you start seeing results, it'll encourage you to keep going.

thank youI can hide the skin with some outfits but not all of them. i had twins and two nine pounders so it stretched a lot.

Wow! Those are BIG babies, & 2 @ that! Congrats!
Anyway, yea hard w/the season upon us but you can do it! Try the grapefruit diet, eat a fresh grapefruit w/coffee for breakfast, cleansing as well, & grapefruit's an appetite supressent.
I did this when I gain weight, & also I had a fair amt of tummy weight/largeness.
Also, I try to hold my tum in as much as possible, it doesn't pass for excercise but helps a bit w/toning.
Good luck!

Plenty of water helps too.
Flush out all the salt from your body, ...
It'll come off.

thank you all for the encouragement![]()

You look pretty tall so you can probably hold more weight than someone who is 5'3 or under. I would say just work on toning your midsection and you will be more than fine.

I'm about the same height at weigh between 145-155. I have no problems getting hired anywhere. My weight isnt in my mid section for the most part but I don't not have a flat stomach by any means. Just some insight ...

You have great legs! And congrats on the babies, my cousin had triplets and is having a terrible time getting back in shape so I know how hard it is. I'd say go slowly so your awesome boobs don't suffer. Maybe consider going gluten free for bit. I have endometriosis and it's started making me carry chub on my belly but cutting out gluten can be fantastic for reducing bloat and flattening things out. It doesn't work for everyone but when it does the results are amazing.

omg you guys are fabulous for my self esteem <3
You were very blessed with big boobs and yes, nice legs :-)
Omg and I almost forgot!! What helped me shed baby weight ( besides breastfeeding ) was Tonalin cla. That stuff worked WONDERS for me. For a while I was eating clean and working out and my weight wouldn't budge, but after taking tonalin cla for a month, I dropped inches and literally had to get new clothes. If you are breastfeeding, I wouldn't take it, but if you are done breastfeeding, take tonalin for a month or two and see what happens. I still take it and it helps me tone up super fast.

I'd say 25-30 pounds.
Download a calorie tracker and track everything you eat or drink. Since you are technically overweight right now you'll be able to eat more and lose than others. I'd find an online TDEE calculator and eat that for a week, then drop the daily calories by 50 or 100 the next week or two. Continue in that fashion until you're at a healthy calorie intake and either losing or maintaining a weight you're comfortable with. Aim for losing 1 to 2 pounds a week, it will help your body adjust to the new shape and help prevent sagging skin and breasts as much as possible. It will also help you grow used to eating fewer calories and your stomach will shrink so after a few weeks you shouldn't be overly hungry or feel too much like you're missing out. Weight loss is technically about physics, you have to burn more energy than you consume. If you want to eat more, do workouts like cardio that burn a lot of calories. Also, watching your calories doesn't have to mean only eating low cal foods, plain salads and soup. You can still have your treats, you just have to plain your intake accordingly. If you are into cake, you could have a smaller piece than usual. Or save however many calories it is from your daily intake for the cake, or just eating a little less the next couple days. This helps fend off cravings and binges. You don't have to deprive yourself, you can still have occasional days where you don't count calories and eat what you please.
That helped me lose the baby weight easier than fad diets or pills. Gluten free does not mean low calories, neither does low carb or low fat or sugar free. Being able to have a little bit of everything that I wanted was a lot easier for me than completely changing my diet.
You have a good shape to you and I think that with weight-loss and toning you'll be gorgeous. Congratulations on the babies, I'm still trying to tone up my stomach from having my first baby. It's so hard caring for one baby and dancing, I can't imagine how tough things must be for you. You are so strong!

When I was working in clubs I was your size (but a bit smaller in the waist coz I don't have any kids). I had no problem getting hired in a dive, but had to work out more to get hired at more upscale clubs (one of which fired me for putting on weight later) and another that wouldn't put me on stage rotation (and later implemented a higher house fee for girls who were deemed too chubby to go on stage). I'd recommend wearing a corset (with a zip front for easy removal) like this. CO_3728_re_fv_MAIN2015.jpg Note that with zip front corsets the zipper may break over time, so a metal zip is better than plastic. Also, a corset with steel boning rather than plastic is better for waist cinching.

I am 5'5 over the last few months I went from 125 to 155. Luckily I have worked at a decent club that allowed me to continue working (they have a list every year for girls who gained weight and I'm hoping to stay off it.) I stopped working in April and when I quit my weight went up. I have been back to work for about a month. To lose weight I started running every morning for about a mile. I added diet change by eating clean protein, fruits, and veggies. Then about two weeks ago I added crossfit. I am down 12lbs and would like to get to 135lb. I do not count calories or take any supplements other than vitamin c and a multivitamin. I drink green tea in the morning. Drinking lots of water has helped me (I'm almost drinking a gallon a day.) My biggest challenge is staying away from sweets. The first few weeks was the hardest but now I hardly ever have a craving.
Congrats on the babies! Being a mommy is such a blessing!

Your overall body shape is nice, hourglass-ish. Depending on where you lose weight first, I think even just 15 pounds would make a huge difference. Make sure to do some toning exercises as well, thin but squishy isn't the best look lol.
As far as camo for the tummy area, a few of the girls I work with have found some very flattering one pieces that they just roll down the top on. I imagine they're more comfortable than a corset.
Good luck on your fitness journey!
