    Default tips/tricks/procedures (non-invasive) for a flat and tight stomach

    Hello Ladies,

    I thought we could share our tips and ask for experiences with methods on how to get a flat stomach here, both temporary and permanent.

    This is for anything except actual surgery. I'm on a quest (yet again) to have a tight stomach, and it's getting harder for me post baby and as I'm getting older.

    What has worked for me in the past:

    -Bliss creams in combination with these little plastic brushes and I would use them 2x daily
    -Med spa procedures such as Velashape & Venus Freeze. These were temporary and I honestly think those were the biggest contributors to my tight stomach after baby and now (3 years later) it's flabby because I quit a year or more ago. I think I will do them again.
    -Pilates!!

    I would love to hear people's experiences on CoolSculpting, Laser and anything else that has worked for them

    Velashape is good if you have cellulite. I used to do Lipocaviation for my stomach but also I have had lipo so it maybe different. When working out I wear a sweat band with plastic underneath. This is to release toxins and make the skin tighter- but will not cause actual weight loss.

    Don't drink carbonated beverages (even waters) and do drink green, detox or "Skinny Bunny" type teas.

    My friend used to swear by "massaging" her stomach after the shower. Said her surgeon gave her this tip. I dunno, she had a tight stomach though.

    Itworks! brand wraps work very well for my younger sister and I but I know some people do not like them at all.

    This is the place I usually go to in Miami;

    Be warned everyone most of their staff speaks limited English and it can be tough to book with them but they are inexpensive and I have always been super happy with the treatments.

    Esthetique!! That's the same place I used to go! I used to do lipocavitation there as well, but they have gotten a lot more expensive so I stopped going. I haven't found a cheaper place though.

    When I do cardio before I go into work, I use a sweat wrap as well. It's from a company called Sweetsweat, they sell this 'cream/fatburner' that you rub on your stomach and then you put the wrap over it. You sweat a lot and will look a little tighter, but of course that one is temporary.
