I tried to pm you but your inbox is full. Clear your storage girl! How fucked up is this?!?!? I'm even considering cancelling my tour this wednesday. Lawd.
BP was like my main source for advertising, I literally just sent in some credits too...I guess back to the drawing board..hopefully something steps in for me with similar traffic

Yep. Craigslist all over again. I knew something was amuck when I triple checked my live stats and no one had come from BP in 1-2 hours. FUckkkkk.

There's also a thread in Lounge about this.
MANY MEN WANTED TO LAY ME DOWN, BUT FEW WANTED TO LIFT ME UP

This just sucks!![]()
Wolves may lurk in every guise / Now as then, 'tis simple truth / Sweetest tongue has sharpest tooth.

It was the only site where you could make 1k a day off a $5 ad. I'm torn. I'm disappointed. I need to just move to Austrailia and be a hoe LOL.

Yea, it's legal there.

How about the w4m section?
It's already filling up in my area with escorts/ massage ladies.
* But certain words might get the ad flagged. Wish they would say which ones.
I'm speechless right now. I rely heavily on BP in my best touring city!![]()

It's the beginning of the gop trying to snuff out anyone safely and quietly earning a living they can't track. I'm gonna start posting under dating, but idk if it'll help or not.

I ran here to the forums after hearing this on Twitter. Looking to see if folks have developed action plans on this. So sad.
They're toying with my life here. I'm new and just started doing really well. Idk what to do.
Wow, time to use the rainy day fund. tER has a section for touring ads
I like being alone, I just don't like being lonely.
Tom Dart (Democrat) got this particular ball rolling, alas.
I just heard about this, and figured this would be the place to come for more info; I'm also curious about what folks think about an idea I've mulled over for awhile.
Escort ad site which integrates payment, reviews, and feedback.
Basically escorts can place ads (these are localized, searchable, tagged with categories, whatever), and customers can find the ads and reply through the site (via some secure messaging app integrated into the site). If escorts want, they can have other requirements ("call me"), but basically the intent would be to make this easy on both sides.
Ideally, screening can be added as a feature as well (again, providers can decide how thorough they want this to be, with the understanding that, as we all know, the more intrusive screening becomes, the harder the booking process becomes, and it can be slow and costly, etc.) Providers would have the ability to "mark" clients as approved to expedite future bookings, so screening would mostly be at the client acquisition stage.
The really interesting feature is payment: site uses smart contracts (like bitcoin or ethereum) for bookings and payments, as well as to issue a key which allows reviews to be posted (so clients can only review providers they've actually seen and paid). Providers could manage their payment accounts in various ways, from cashing out at an ATM to funding cards, whatever.
Possibly add a social media tool for virtual M&Gs, managing client relationships, etc.
My view is that this can solve a few problems, especially the danger of the payment handoff at the meeting site (a frequent arrest trigger, as well as a cause of scams, robberies, ash & dash, etc), the danger (for agencies) of nightly fund collection from incalls, and so on. It also solves the pernicious problem of clients submitting fake reviews to review sites for free memberships.
As for monetizing the site, that would come in the form of ad costs, options related to that, and some kind of nominal payment processing fee (2-3%, probably), as well as any premium services like background checks and so on; maybe an agency-level package for outfits who'd like third-party management.
Thoughts?
Basically, the idea is to make the client/provider transaction as easy as ordering something from Amazon - load the site, search, buy, review.
Thanks for any replies or feedback!
O.
I was actually unaware until a client texted me to let me know they were censored. BP isn't my bread & butter, but when i'm in smaller towns it bring a great deal of business. WTF.
They fought it once and won, but I think this time it's a dead issue.
Craiglist therapeutic services might be a temporary solution but at $10 a pop and massive censorship sort of sucks, and also post under the regular W4M on back page etc and word your ad carefully ... not sure where guys are going to flood to, but I can only imagine every girl from back page is now going to have to look for alternative advertising so maybe get your premium advertising spots now so your ads don't get lost
p411, date-check, room service 2000 are all options, city vibe, eros, if in LA city-source

Yeh it sucks,
Any NY ladies could try SpaHunters ... but it tends to bring out the "hobbyist" types.

I wouldn't completely give up on it just yet. There is going to be a lot of disruption and confusion in the short-term, which is only natural. Eventually the word will get out to customers that many of the ladies are now advertising in W>M, but it will probably take days if not weeks. I suspect that BP will continue to be as tolerant as they can be while they continue to fight this treatment, but I suspect that you will just need to be more circumspect by not talking about donations, third-party screening or review sites, etc.
Will it be as good as before? I suspect not since some guys may never get the message or just not use it for fear of ambiguity. But as others have pointed out, it is the primary source in many areas, so I suspect that a % of guys will return once they figure it out.
Fret not ladies, I'm already getting some responses on w4m ads. Also let your clients and potential clients to spread the word.
Love the GIF
It would seem that there is a backlash on sites offering escort/sexual services
On the gay men escorts side, RentBoy was closed down and now backpage have followed suit.
Could be the start of something
