Today I bought a blender because I saw a youtube show showing how to make a smoothie... *smacks forehead*, it's too easy. How did I not know this, and fruits/vegies are cheap in the current location I am at!
Anyways, I couldn't actually drink my smoothie just yet, since I am a strict diet until later tomorrow morning, but I have it sitting there when I get home. It looks delicious.
Anyone lose weight making smoothies? low-caloric recipes I ideas?
I was thinking tomatoes+spinach+grapefruit+oranges as my next smoothie.... weird mix, but it's all low calories.
