Default alternatives to pleasers for narrow af feet

Sooo my street shoe size is a 5.5. Size 6 pleasers are too big for me, even with full-foot adhesive inserts. After a few minutes of walking around in 6s, I get crazy spider toes. Size 5 is just the right size when I put them on, but I still need ball of foot inserts to keep my feet from sliding forward and over the edge. However, I don't end up with significant room at the back in size 5s. They're nice and snug on my feet and otherwise comfortable until my toes are hanging over the front. By the first hour, my toes are slightly over the edge of the front of the shoes (yes, even with inserts). By the end of an 8 hour shift, they're significantly over the edge, making it hard to dance let alone walk. It's incredibly painful, and yes, they are broken in and I sometimes hit them with a blow dryer to soften them up, although that seems to only make the slipping forward issue worse. I'm pretty sure it's because my feet are narrow af and would slip over the edge even if the length was too small, if that makes sense.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, are there alternatives to pleasers that fit you better? I don't want leather or fabric uppers, only clear please. Thanks!

Luscious if you can find them; it was pleasers narrower brand.
    Highest heel brand shoes.

You could also change shoe style, skip anything open.

Highest heel is also more narrow but yes, Luscious was Pleaser's narrow brand and it's not made anymore. I don't know what heel height you like but the shoe style Taboo is tight fitting on the straps in the double strap style, it's 7.5 inch.

Try Ebay? I actually found that a pr of Forev.21 shoes were very comfortable & had a little platform..they were 2 yrs old, not on the site anymore (or anything similar), & prob not in store either.
But, found 'em on Ebay, & @ a great price too!

I have very narrow feet plus long toes which equals hella monkey toes dangling down. I tried a million brands of shoes and all of them were too large in the clear strap even after going two sizes down (leaving barely any room for my heel!).

After years of trial and error I finally gave up on open toed shoes and I only wear boot style closed toe heels now, with laces so I can pull them extra tight and prevent my toes from sliding down and hitting the front which hurts. Problem solved!
Do your future self a favor and work hard now.

I was told the Ellie brand have a more narrow fit than Pleasers. Might be worth trying on. One of my dancer friends wear a 4.5 and had to resort to wearing boots with a couple pairs of thick socks because no other stripper shoes worked.

I have this problem too, and agree that Ellie shoes are actually wider.

I solved the problem by purchasing one size smaller in a Pleaser style with ankle straps. This will anchor your foot at the top of the shoe and keep it from sliding down.

You may be limited to heal height, but I found that the clear shoe with rhinestones on the platform diverted attention from the fact that my toes were at the edge of the shoe.

Not trying to be a kill joy but pinching your toes with a strap can cause nerve pain & even nerve damage.

Maybe try boots with average size toe box? You can wear socks to fill space & cushion toes.

(As you age your feet swell more & more over the course of the day. Important to remember.)

My suggestion was for the style with the ANKLE strap (that is going around the ankle). Don't know where you got toe strap.

Also, if you have this issue with shoes, then pinching toes would not be a concern since the goal is to find a shoe where your foot is not sliding around in the shoe, or worse falling off. Toes would not be pinched in a too wide shoe.

People with narrow, less fleshy feet have looseness in the entire shoe. Thus, the ankle strap, giving the shoe more stability and stopping your toes from pressing against the plastic.

In my opinion, a smaller size with an open toe provides more stability than packing a boot with extra fabric etc. With a boot or closed toe shoe, you couldn't go down in size to fit the width, because the length would be too short.

I know it sounds weird, but they were both sliding and pinching my toes. They're almost too small on me in terms of length, and they didn't feel narrow at all when I first put them on. Like, there was literally no space between my skin and the over-foot strap. It was just the force of gravity and my hot sweaty feet stretching out the plastic that made the over-foot strap dig into my skin in a really uncomfortable way. You'd think the ankle strap would hold my foot back from sliding, but over the course of the night my feet just naturally stretch out the front strap because of the nature of the clear material I think. It's not as bad in shoes with opaque uppers.

Anyways~~~ gave Highest Heel a try because they have the padding on the inner arch and it COMPLETELY solved the problem. I'm not even using ball of foot cushions and after 2 nights I've had 0 spider toes. I'm kind of embarrassed though because I now realize that I've been borderline limping around the club for the past 2 months. The craziest part is that I accidentally ordered a 7.5" style instead of a 6", and I'm actually able to walk with more stability and confidence than in the 6" Pleasers (which is a testament to how much pain I was in before, not to my sense of balance and ankles of steel). The best part is that the over-foot strap is actually wider than on pleasers. Like, it's not perfectly snug on my feet. There's lots of room for my infant bunions to grow into.

    I got these in a size 5:

and I just ordered these today:

Normally I wouldn't buy more than one pair of shoes within the span of like, at least 6 months, but OF COURSE the brand is no longer in business

*I've decided to wear exclusively pink in the club. I wear exclusively black as a civilian and it amuses me + helps me compartmentalize Stripper Self from Real Self. Plus where I work now, men are convinced that I 'must be 12 years old' (which is stupid, I'm 25 and I rarely even get carded at bars anymore, but I digress). I've given up on asserting that I am, in fact, an adult, and decided to play up the obnoxious over-the-top bbgirl look. Stay tuned.

I wish I had suggestions. I used to LOVE those platform shoes for work. I bought a line from a regular mall shoe store that was so comfy. But something changed and once these companies changed the plastic they used, the design, etc. it feels like putting your foot in a torture chamber. Even worse, I used to do pole tricks like flipping off the pole but can't anymore because the brittle plastic cracks. could do it multiple times a night with my old shoes but these newer ones crack the first time.
