Default Throwing money at the dancer

As mentioned in my prior post, I'm a newbie when it comes to strip clubs.

I went to another club and there were actually a couple of other guys there. They would tip by throwing some bills onto the stage. I understand this is a common way to tip, but boy it sure seems crass and demeaning to the dancer. I do realize I'm in a strip club which I know many would argue is in itself crass and demeaning to women, but throwing money just seems to take it to another level.

Does it bother any dancers? Or, as long as you are getting the cash you don't care how the customer gets it to you?

Just don't crumple it in a ball and don't try to put it in the panties except on the sides and pretty much everything else is ok.

^ What she said. I don't mind the putting it in the g-string as long as *I* pull it out for you, don't grab it yourself.

Anything else that doesn't involve me having to unfold your origami or some such nonsense is totally fine.

Nah, the only demeaning thing is when they don't tip. If you're watching the dancer, tip the dancer. And/or take her for some dances.

I love being rained on. Throw all the money on me! It's not demeaning at all, it's awesome. As long as you don't throw coins (unless you're tipping with loonies and toonies in Canada, that's a different story.)

Noone has ever thrown money balls at me, thank fuck. I would probably throw them right back at them.

Thanks for the responses all. I'll definitely avoid the ball.

In my area, the dancers walk around seeking tips after a dance. I know I've seen people complain about this, but I actually like it as there is a bit of interaction. Get a chance to say hello and also tip at the same time. Completely avoids throwing money.

At my first club, the customers can't touch the stage because there is a walk way and a bar between the row of seating and the stages so the damn oney balls were a given or else you wouldnt get the dollars...i did have some punk rock chick throw a ton of dollars folded into dicks at me once...that was halirous. still a pain in the ass to unfold but oh well

I hate it but I've seen a lot of girls encourage this behavior.

I see it sometimes and it annoys me. I want the customers to respect the dancers. Throwing wadded up ones at them is demeaning.

Many years ago, I made an informal, unspoken pact with dancers: If dancer doesn't come to me for tip, she's not getting a tip. That includes no tossing bills (cooter ball), nor flipping make it rain motions.

Fair enough. Just throwing anything at anyone is rude as hell. Especially to a stranger.

Anyway, where I'm at... the only guys doing this are broke and young. Generous gentlemen don't do this.

But seriously, that fiction has nothing to do with the topic. Obviously you have never worked in a stripclub. No disrespect, but this kind of thing belongs in another forum entirely. Not speaking as a mod, since it's not my area.
She's admitted to not being a dancer but then there are other threads where she alludes to being one and gives advice. I know this has already been PMed to a mod by another user but it is sketching out a few of us that someone is parading around on here pretending to be a dancer among other things. Just sayin. Please delete my post if I'm not supposed to be stating this here.

I think most girls love the feeling of a good money shower. When I worked urban clubs the rush I would get from all that money being thrown was great.

But I gotta admit it's a little annoying when people throw a few dollars or one at a time but act like they're in a music video. I realize that money is money, but if you are gonna give me $3 please tip it nicely instead of throwing it on me.

If you're gonna throw money go big or don't throw any at all.

Yeah I love it when guys make it rain! That was rare at my club, so I always felt super important whenever it happened. (Although one time this guy threw a giant stack of bills at me.....and they kind of all stuck together, plus he threw it pretty hard, so that hurt! So don't do that, lol.)

On top of I don't know where their mouth has been, THEY don't know where that money has been? Like it's the dirtiest thing... always shocks me when they stick a bill in their mouth like it's nbd.

I just statch the bill with my hand and say "Money is filthy. I'm not putting it in my mouth, and if you were smart you wouldn't either!" I mean is seriously, but it usually gets me a lough and a few extra bucks.

I'm okay with getting rained on. I would prefer lots of non-crumpled bills in high denominations, please.

    EXACTLY

I make it rain on a few girls at my hangout on a regular basis. But you can't 'Make it rain' with 5 singles. Actually I much prefer sending another girl to tip, & tell her to have fun doing it. Looks way the hell better than me going up there. But if there's no one available, I'll do it. You'll never find me hanging at the rail like I've never seen a vagina though. Much as I try to get the guys to do that at my own club he he.

But I have found that different clubs have different tipping etiquette. The really posh upscale clubs, the money showers aren't as appropriate somehow.

And much as I do love giving the right girls the money showers if no one is available to do the honors for me, it's not an ego thing like with the wannabe rapper guys, or worse yet these FUCKING MORONS who come to the booth demanding repeatedly that I play some fucking shit rap song so they can spend aaaall this money they have--or else they won't tip jack. Fuck those guys. Never in my life have I asked for a specific song or genre in order to tip a girl.

But done properly, the money shower is what it ought to be, a kind of tribute to the girl up there. Not supposed to be an ego thing for the fucking guy--even though that's what it has become so often.
