Yes indeed, it's ready for pre-order. It will look really good at lower resolutions because it is capable of 4K so it is a good investment if you want to up your game. I still don't get why it is USB 2.0 but it can use USB 3 ports.

Its pricey but Im interested. 3 year warranty is nice considering how quickly I wear out the 920 but unless I can convince someone to buy it for me Im going to wait to see what others are saying.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassss, finally. I've been researching hard for 4k webcams or action camera's. I was hoping that Logitech would come out with a 4k webcam soon. I am so going to get this, maybe even 2 to replace my c920's. I will def have to upgrade my computer though. Baaaah ha ha, you know you're a camgirl when you get excited about a camera/equipment/technology.

I feel like I'm spamming sorry if I am. Just wanted to mention that from watching a few vids I noticed that there are 2 different 4k cams. There's the one posted and the other is BRIO which is available now https://www.logitech.com/en-us/produ...HPB2-CTA1-brio. I checked the specs and I don't see any difference. Both are under US products so I'm not sure what the difference is.

I feel like logitech are on some bullshit that does not cater to camsites or vice versa. As a streamate model, they compare the webcam to every cam that SUCKS ASS on streamate, other sites, I know nothing about.

Be weary if streamate is your mainsite and you cant really kick out 249.00 or even 199.00 unless it becomes available in stores, I wont fuck with it until i see good feedback

He does the best comparisons you will ever find. And he's right the settings on the C922 will change on you. Not sure if its just because I have multiple cams set up but I can see myself go almost pitchblack on it. I have to keep the software toggle up quickly fix it. Ive been in the middle of camshows where guys were like Uhhhh u just got really dark. And sure enough my background is pitch black and Im in shadows.

They don't even mention the C920! Thats kinda weird. The price has gone down so I think Im gonna stock up on at least two of them. As for this cam I don't see the need to get it unless you really just have to have it because its new. But it could be a great cam for making clips? I need to see more reviews from a person who does more than stream with it. Also logitech really could benefit from creating their own video editing software. I write stuff like this in the hopes that somewhere a Logitech rep that matters will read it. They know damn well that cammers are their bread and butter. They need to stop trippin and send us a rep.

Mine doesn't do that? It is a bit warmer than the c920 but not quite as easy to get the settings right on as you need to use a splitter, other than that it's awesome. Not given me any probs x

I dont use a splitter to fix my settings. I use the logitech software. But the drivers are the same as the bcc950 so the toggle is different than the c920. The guy in the video comparison as well as many others have complained about the settings not staying put. Its not an isolated issue.

Ok ladies, I'm seriously in tears right now. I was rearranging my room today and my bcc950 fell on the floor the camera part where u connect to the stick was damage. I barely used this webcam it was a gift from my amazon wishlist years ago but I never put it to use until recently when I decided to set up a designated cam space. Now idk if I should get another one if this or wait for the 4K one. Like I said I never really used it so I'm not familiar with it.

I would pick up a C920 for $60 and wait for more feedback on the 4k Cam

I am not gonna bother with this and I think at the moment it is a terrible idea.SM even has issues with just 720p streams. With 4k the issues are NOT going to get better. Also the majority of these guys cant load a 4K stream unless they have one of the best gaming rigs available on the market.

I had one and sold it recently. It is a good cam and very convenient for splitcamming. However the quality isn't as good as the latest normal logitech webcams.

I have a c910 which I look really dark in and the c920 but I'm still butt hurt about the bcc950 breaking because I've never used it for cam. I haven't even played around with it.

If only where you plug in the stick is broken it may still work. From what I've read you can disconnect the bcc950 from the stick and put it on the the base. Have you tried plugging it in to see if it still works?

Anyone use this and loved it? I love the remote control feature but that's about it the base seems pointless as it is for conference.

It doesn't quite work like that. The remote works through infrared and is programmed to work with the bcc950 so you can't just use the remote with any Logitech camera. The camera has to be engineered to work with the camera and vice versa.

There is only one camsite right now that can stream 4K but that doesn't mean this one is "a terrible idea". When you stream with a 4K camera it makes lower resolutions look sharper so your 720p livestream will actually look closer to 1080p. Check out streams on YouTube that were recorded in 4K and lower it to 720p and you will see the difference.

The hardware specs in this camera should take a lot more of the grunt work away from your computer processor so streaming at 720p will be a breeze since it can do up to 90 fps. Theoretically, you could calibrate with the SM Broadcaster at much higher quality then you could with the 920 or the 925. It may even beat the bcc950.

^^ Also, can't remember where i found it now, but i saw a youtube vid explaining the difference this makes to filming and editing clips. On that basis alone it's gonna be amazeballs We should have camgirl crowdfunding for these things cause my boys are damn stingy and never buy off my wishlist!!

The only 4k cam our local Logitech official site mentions is Brio. The tech specs are absolutely the same. Is it the cam we're talking about? They probably aren't using the same brandname everywhere.

glad i held off on buying a new camera too i was planning on getting 930e for 100 so 150 more isnt so much lol
