    I can't stop eating.im always hungry? Not preggo but dayum I'm feeling that way.any good ways to suppress my appetite?

    Try to keep yourself busy so you're not thinking about food. Also, try to workout regularly, and eat healthy foods.

    I struggle with emotional eating and I find sometimes if I make myself eat a healthy meal first, I'm too full to eat unhealthy food afterwards. Almonds are a good appetite suppressant and brown rice and oatmeal keep you full longer.

    I have the same problem.
    I try to have something substantial for breakfast like a breakfast sandwich - 2 eggs, slice of cheese on whole grain english muffin.
    Lunch is usually a protein shake of some kind.
    I snack on almonds, hard boiled eggs, veggies and hummus, Greek yogurt and frozen berries, protein bars cut up (I might eat half or 1/4 of one for a snack)
    I think the key is to have snacks available. If I don't I go for chips, candy, etc.
    Also drinking lots of water throughout the day - I put a splash of the unsweetened raw cranberry juice in mine and it makes it tart like lemon water and is very cleansing.

    Anyway, if you eat 1/2 fresh grapefruit, NO sugar, 1 c coffee, it'll work for a while as an appetite supressant.

    +1 on the apple cider. Helps increase insulin sensitivity so your body tells you when your full a lot faster. Drink it with warm water, lemon, and honey before your meal!!
    Also drink green tea and a lot of water (you can flavor it with fruit) and that fills you up too.
    What I ask myself when I feel snacky is "would I want to eat steamed broccoli or an apple right now?" And if not, I'm just bored or wanting comfort.

    Eating mostly junk food will keep making you hungry. Lately I've been eating an omelette with 2 eggs & half cup egg whites with spinach in the morning (after a shot of lemon juice & apple cider vinegar) and it takes forever for me to be hungry again.

    By 'healthy' you don't have to just eat a salad or some fruit. Even a protein shake for me personally doesn't keep me full very long because just drinking something doesn't satisfy my appetite I guess. I need to actually eat something. Keep some healthy snacks on hand like hard boiled eggs, protein bars, greek yogurt. More protein in your diet will keep you full longer.

    Also, I like to workout in the morning rather than at night so it motivates me to keep being healthy throughout the day. And I have a waist trainer I wear sometimes and that motivates me to make healthier choices too.

    Have you heard of the ketogenic diet? You don't even have to go full on, but I have a crazy metabolism to where I am hungry a LOT. If you eat a lot of healthy fats... yes, FATS... you will be satiated for much, much longer. Fat is not the enemy. REFINED CARBS like sugar, white bread, pasta etc cause your blood sugar to spike and then crash, making you hungry all day. The more avocado, coconut oil, butter, nuts etc I eat, the better I feel, and I have never been more fit in my life. I always feel satiated unless I fuck up and start eating cookies etc. My MD actually recommended it for me for my mood disorder (hint; eating this way also helps regulate moods and hormones) http://www.ruled.me/guide-keto-diet/
    As with any way of eating, it's not for everyone, but you might look into it

    Drink lots of water. Hot tea helps, too. I have a cup of hot tea every morning, followed by a glass of water and it keeps me full for a few hours. Then I have a greek yogurt. Junk food, especially foods with a lot of sugar will spike your blood sugar levels up quickly but you'll have that crash(yes, even in non-diabetics), where your blood sugar levels will drop and you'll feel the need to eat again. Increase your protein and fiber intake and try to decrease the junk food like breads, cookies, and other sugary snacks. Easier said than done, I know. Are you pmsing? I get like that every week before my period and it seems even more difficult to control appetite during pms. I'm going through that right now. I cannot have any sweets in my home when I'm in eat-everything-in-sight mode or else I will go nuts eating.

    I don't know if anybody else share the same opinion about themselves but all my life I have considered myself a fat girl's soul trapped in a slim body...'till I gain weight ))) Straight from 41-42 kilos to almost 50 because I cut down my long walks in parks. I would eat often and in high quantities but am used to just resist the urge since I was little (am surprised myself of this power). Never done sports and wanted to prove my family I can lose weight without sport and now am balancing between 44.5-45 kilos. The challenge goes on
    OP, hope you re going to find a balance about this matter because what works for one does not work for another.
