    Default Cellulite

    Hello ladies!

I have a big booty, with thick and stubborn cellulite... I'm sure I'm not the only one here. So help me out girls! I've struggled with cellulite for as long as I can remember (I've first noticed I had it since I was 12). Nothing really works: I drink tons of water, I've eaten clean and lifted at the same time and it's still there. It's not a problem at the club I'm working at, most customets don't mention anything about it. But I'm planning to internationalize myself and to go work outside of my comfort zone (Finland) to other European countries and even to the States.

So I'm asking you for something that's really effective with stubborn, genetic cellulite: creams, spa treatments... anything that has worked on you!

It's a genetic trait a lot of times unfortunately :/ have you tried lymphatic masssage, or dry brushing?? You can also get laser or radio frequency treatments

Tonalin CLA, a clean diet, and regular exercise completely melted off my cellulite. Try tonalin cla and you'll see results in a month or two.

I was going to mention the Tonalin. It really, truly works. Also, there are a lot of scrubs you can make yourself using coffee grounds. This seems to help a lot too.

Tonalin saved me. I swear my extra flab just melted off within a month, and people noticed. My money went up. I still take it and won't go too long without it!

Coffee ground scrubs sound interesting. They probably make your skin soft, too.

Go and see a Dr ... a licensed Dr lol, who will fill the dimples with a suitable filler using a micro droplet technique.

Dr Ourian in LA (sorry if I got the spelling wrong don't feel like looking it up as am in lazy mode)

Sorry for the slight thread jack...

That guy is just way overpriced. 6-7k for certain fillers. That is crazy.

Yeh I don't like his prices, but the micro droplet cellulite thing is pretty nice ... though not sure what it costs.

Yes, you can buy it online, or any health food store, or vitamin shoppe, gnc, etc. Make sure it's Tonalin brand.

Be gentle if you dry brush, going too hard can cause spider veins. Found that out the hard way. Thank goodness for sclerothotherapy!

I recently discovered that I can use some oil while dry brushing and the procedure became waaaaay more simple! I mean, it's simple anyway since it takes up to 5 min to do that, but I am not always patient to use body lotion after shower.
So, now, when I don't have time/ mood for lotioning after shower, I rub some oilve, coconut (or whatever oil I have) on my skin and run the dry brush over it to spread everything. Then hop in the shower.
Then, voila! Skin looks amazing and feels soft!! Wohoo!

I've recently seen results of someone I know you got cellulaze. Great results! And she's not the first person I know that had great results. I've also been hearing that Sculpture is a more superior option to cool sculpting.

*** I think she meant cellfina. Because I looked up cellulose and that isn't the actual procedure she told me she got.

Yea, I've heard good things about Cellfina, is it? Check out newbeauty.com, they've a printed mag, it only comes out every couple of months, lots of Dr listings for that & other stuff.

Also, in allure.com directory, they have some Dr recs. There's supposed to be 1 in Miami for the cellulite that's good.

Thanks! I'm not going to get it. But I just wanted to let people on here know that I've seen good results. Thanks Whirlez.
