Default Is it easy ish to get a work visa?

I really want to hustle the United States....lots of girls are getting caught at the border and banned for 10 years. I'm wondering if getting a work visa for my vanilla job as a tattoo artist would allow me to travel around the states freely and come back often without the border police questioning me every single time?

Do any of you have any other ideas for frequent-ish trips to the states? Ex every three months.

omg!! what happened?? Canada is on my list to tour this year. I just returned from Europe and will be returning next month. I also had one interesting experience with customs police.

As far as OP, which country are you from? Tourist visa might work. I know someone who did the leave every 90 days and leave USA for at least 24 hrs, then return.

    Re- Canadian customs...

Honestly the Customs officers must have thought I was trafficking drugs, or going to Canada to work as a prostitute. They called Immigration right away (even though I had a US Passport) and they kept me waiting an hour while they searched my vehicle. (!!!!!!) There was more but all of that left me stunned and hurt.

A friend of mine (male) went up last Fall for a job interview (Canada based company) and they went through his phone & were pretty rude too. So I think anyone can get treated badly. I don't know what it is that's making Canadian customs so nasty these days...

I'm British and in the USA -
To get approved for a work visa you have to prove you are a "necessary professional" - basically someone the USA is short of ... tech work, finance etc ... basically a company has to put in an application for you and tell immigration, we need this person here, in our company, because we cannot find anyone else. Celebrities require work visa for film etc, musicians etc ... maybe look into how they get theirs and models - because some of them shoot with Guess for a couple of days or whatever, then fly back out, not sure the parameters.

Also, I'm not sure what country you're in - but if you're not in a bordering country see if your country supports the ESTA visa waiver program - you can arrive with permission to stay for 3 months, and put in an application to extend to 6 months if you want to.

If you are coming across the border - fedex any stuff customs/immigration could question you about ahead of yourself to the location you're going to stay at. They can and will go through your phone and laptop if they feel the need.

I've been to Canada about 4x and it gets easier, lmao. They really are jerks and I feel your pain. It's seriously best to be uber preparred when going there because they can be really rude and probe-y but I suppose that's their job.

First time a SD flew me over and my luggage was searched. Silly me also brought my White dildo that year :/ I missed my flight home because of it and almost got banned for bringing in pepper spray. This was the weekend when they legalized gay marriage and that young teen got caught trying to ignite the bomb in his underpants. The lines were all the way across the Toronto Pearson airport and took HOURS to get through security. They gave me a warning.

Third time I arrived on ground and barely made it in because of some arrest issues on my clean record, lol. I had both cases dismissed but still shows that I was arrested and they barely wanted to let me in. I stayed 60 min waiting for them to make a decision while everyone else waited on the train. They told me to bring my pretrial diversion papers (to prove that it was obsolete) and to be a good gal and let me in, whew! 3rd time I accidentally I was leaving and had some green on me but trashed it on the train and the dog never showed that shift, lmao.

And then when I came back the 4th time (6 months apart) no one asked for shit and let me in in 2 min, lol. They're fickle but I think appearing nice looking helps. I think I glamoured the hell out of them. Came prepared and they didn't even ask to see shit.

ummm NO its not easy at all sadly!! it was never easy, but now with trump, forget it. unless you are literally famous for your tattooing (and you will have to prove that) you won't get a work visa.

you could try coming just on a tourist visa, but you won't be able to stay more than 90 days at a time, or 180 days total a year. and it will look suspicious if you max that out. if this is where you want to be permanently, you could come on a tourist visa and not leave, and figure things out from inside the country immigration wise (if you catch my drift)
