i've lost weight and become significantly fitter after starting stripping. I had no problem when i started working and was a little chubbier, money was still good, but i wanted to start working out and eating better to feel more confident at work. you could say working motivated me to take better care of myself.

I lost weight, I was never huge but a bit out of shape, I started to take care of myself and made way more money thinner.

For camming, no I don't think it matters, there's so many body types, in sc's it's different..men always like different body types but I believe it's usually harder to get hired in a lot of clubs. Maybe a dive you'd have luck.
As for me, I usually have stayed close to the same weight (I have a hyper thyroid).

It tends to fluctuate between 115-130. I'm only 5' so I try to keep it under 120.

I gained weight from drinking (I'm tiny so it was definitely noticable.) Hilariously after 3 years of working in the restaurant biz I now have huge thighs (think Beyonce). It's from walking around at work & eating fattier food.

I need to keep myself much lighter as it's easier on my knees & back. Also frankly customers prefer a slimmer dancer.

I was in good shape when I started dancing (I work out a lot, mostly weight lifting) but I definitely lost some fat and gained more definition in my abs after I started dancing. Way more cardio than I was used to haha. I don't think my muscle distribution has changed, since the weight lifting is more intense and probably affects more. I'm glad my knees have finally started bruising less though haha

I gained weight from drinking too! I went from 125 lbs to 150 in 3 years of dancing. Probably the late night trips to Denny's and IHOP didn't help either. lol At a lot of clubs in Wisconsin, dancers earn money by selling drinks. You can ask to make them non-alcoholic, but I love my alcohol too much lol.

I was the exact same. A lot of girls say they put on weight, but I lost because I was motivated to look and feel even better, and had a little extra weight to begin with. I never take being thin for granted because I used to be obese and had to work hard to be fit.

I gained weight from drinking then I took some time off and lost a ton then I came back and gained again but it was mostly in my lower body...

I was chubby when I started dancing. Gained even MORE weight from drinking. The amount of exercise you're doing at work will hardly negate excess calories if you're a heavy drinker like I was. switched to smoking weed, went on a raw vegan diet, the weight fell off.
