Default Work out routines. Weight training

What's everyone workout routine?? Idk if I'm doing things right haha I've never taken a class or seen an instructor. I also have limited time at the gym (35 min per day). Just wondering how I'm doing comparatively speaking and maybe get some pointers.

i do HIIT with uphill treadmill running and the stairmaster for 30 min 5-6 days a week (and I really push myself) , and then once or twice a week I'll do weighted squats (30 pound dumbbell. I'll do 30 to 50 squats a session) and hip abducters (I'm up to 115 pounds) and then I'll do leg press with around 60-80 pounds.

I havent tried deadlifts or squats with the bar-across-the-shoulders but I want to start. I'm also 7 weeks post partum so I'm not doing ab exercises for another month.

I'm quite the introvert so going to a gym with a potential crowding doesn't suit me lol. So I've opted to do at home workout programs. Those being the 21 day fix to start off moving onto P90X2. Once I've mastered these I want to get The Master's Hammer & Chisel. Which is like the combination of the 21 day fix & Body Beast. I'm excited just talking about it lol. I have done a few weeks of the 21 day fix...it's hard as fuck at first when you're not use to exercising lol. I'm nervous about the weight training because I want to lose weight & gain muscle of course...But I don't wanna lose my boobs lmao I like them lol.

In my opinion, you don't need a class or an instructor, just research it online and do it by any examples given to ya.

I have also been watching a couple of YouTuber's who show some workout routines I'll also implement. I believe HIIT is on the list to do.

The area of which I know I will struggle with is not the exercising but the nutrition. I'm a picky eater who doesn't eat veggies so I'm going to have to improvise by using a protein shake type of stuff that includes the full serving of veggies I must consume if I want to be successful.

What kinds of exercises do those implement?? I struggle with food too, but my problem is that I'm not picky and love everything lol, thankfully I'm breastfeeding so,that's 500 calories a day but when I stop I gotta be careful lol

I'm not a gym person! I just cancelled my gym membership because I found it boring, expensive, and I dont like exercising in front of people lol. I exercise at home, I go on the treadmill in my basement for half an hour while listening to my music, I do squats everyday (sets of 12, 3 times a day) and I usually do them with 5 lb weights. I also like to dance, do yoga, and go for walks and jogs when the weather is not too bad. In the summer time I love to swim and go bike riding. I prefer my exercises to be fun and enjoyable.
