Long story short: I have issues with depression&anxiety, was doing great at the gym, at work, in school, quit smoking etc for a while, had a mini mental breakdown 3ish weeks ago and have not been able to get back on track since. I know im gaining weight and doing worse in school etc and i know im not doing everything i should. for example i really want to get my drivers licence but haven't been dealing with my studies at all for a while. I need to get back on track, im not in a horrible place mentally rn but i just feel a lil defeated, overwhelmed and lazy i guess. what are your methods to get motivated and start hustling again?
