Make sure you don't have a B12 deficiency or iron deficiency. Those two things can zap your energy!

If your levels are good then you can try this vitamin called MSM. I take it for my rosacea and noticed it gives me a huuuge energy boost. I can't take it late at night or itll keep me up! You can try taking it right before you go into work. I take 3 pills along with a pepperment gel capsule because otherwise it can sometimes cause gas. Look up the reviews on amazon for all the cool benefits of this pill.

Another vitamin that I've heard helps with energy is Maca Root, but personally it doesn't give me energy. c0q10 is another one that I haven't had success with but have heard others used.
Do your future self a favor and work hard now.

^^ Im gonna second the MSM! I started taking it for my allergies cause I want off allergy meds and Holy Shit I have so much energy and drive! So weird! I didnt know it did this but try it cause its cheap as chips and safe as water. I take 6000mg a day 3g in the morning and 3g in the evening and try to take it in powdered form and before you eat! I read this is the best way and Im telling you its working for me.

    Kinda blows my mind!

Try to make green smoothies/juicing. If you have left over, add a little ginger and freeze it to help save the nutrients.

I would actually ditch the red bulls. I used to drink energy drinks and they spiked my estrogen level to the point of physically draining me and giving me fibroids. I would switch to coffee and cut it with decaf. It helped me boost my energy levels. Drink lemon water too. It's easy to do at work. Also, a good B multivitamin helps.

Taking a good multi-vitamin along with eating healthily and laying off the alcohol keeps my energy up and taking a few other supplements.

They actually do more harm than good. You'll actually feel more energized if you stop drinking them. I know it's hard bc they can be addicting, but honestly I feel way better without them and I won't ever drink them again.

The ginger is a good idea ... ginger tea boiled down fresh is great also, you can make a bit pot of it and it'll wake you right up

I forgot to mention... when I juiced with beets, it gave me energy. Mix it with fruit. Add a little lime to kill that beet weird taste. I'm not a fan of beet in juice, but gotta do whatcha gotta do. Great source of iron.

I drink green tea. I try to sleep a lot of hours too, at least 8.

Vitamin b12 is amazing for boosting energy. When I'm at work, I always bring a sugary drink like soda (the kind made from real sugar, if I plan ahead) or Gatorade. And a protein bar with carbs, like a Clif Bar, for when my energy gets low.

I used to do energy drinks and coffee, but I once collapsed at my vanilla job because I was relying on energy drinks and not getting enough sleep. I'll never drink those again. Coffee makes me crash too soon after I drink it, so I only drink decaf. Tea is alright, seems to be less of a caffeine rush.
