So my follow up question to my last thread: how do you write these off as business expenses, every one you tip out?
You would technically have to get receipts every night from the person you tipped out. Yes, it is a business expense and should be deducted.





My Nevada clubs gave me receipts willingly but other club refuse and work to destroy evidence of what they demand from the dancers. They know they are committing a crime. But yes, you can deduct those fees on your taxes.

As stated above, tip outs are technically an expense. However, most people refuse to give the necessary ID for actually deducting them as expenses. The way I handle tip outs is I don't count them as income. I count only what the dancer leaves the club with as income. The complete dominion rule, if you must know.
