Default Undercover cops in the club and

I'm going back to dancing in Cali and wondering what is safe to say to customers without the risk of getting arrested by undercovers for insinuating you mean more, like extras? I used to say "let's go play!" when I was referring to going to get a lap dance (nothing more) but I recall reading a long time ago that girls in vegas were getting rounded up for saying the wrong thing. The club I am interested has become a target for raids but it has the most customers near me.

It's so weird because we know what's illegal to actually do but just saying something like, "let's go play" getting you in trouble, that would throw me for a loop... obviously we can't say we'll do something that's illegal, but something so general? what is going on...?

Every state has extreme differences, when I was in Alabama they could slap you with a prostitution charge for taking off your shoes...

Maybe ask the GM at that club for specifics in the county, town, state?

Lol maybe a day in the future we'll just have to hand them pamphlets when they start asking about dumb shit, let them glance over it then take them into the back for some "old clean fashioned fun"

    why is that weird?

words can get you in the same amount of trouble as actions can,

what if somebody says they are going to buy a gun and shoot up a police station?

Because words can be misconstrued in a strip club setting and can set you up for a ridiculous arrest when it shouldn't. Saying "let's go have fun", "vip dances are much more fun than the dances in this room", "let's go play" are my fun ways of selling dances (this is the entertainment industry so it's supposed to be a light atmosphere) and if an undercover thinks I mean something else, this could ruin a dancer's clean record and ability to get a job in the future...All because some cop needed to reach his quota and pick on people who aren't harming anyone.

that may be all true, however, in my opinion you are risking arrest and a criminal record just by setting foot inside a club.....we may not like it, and it may not be fair, but that just reality

For taking off your shoes? Lmfao I can't imagine trying to explain future jobs this one!
