Hi, I recently was able to get myself a gym membership after 4 years of not being able to do much for myself (this gym has free childcare and didn't make me give them bank account info, yay) and my endurance is bad, like 3 minutes cardio and I can't. I used to be able to jog a mile comfortably...
I was looking for ideas what others like watching or listening too while working out, particularly cardiovascular that helps you feel motivated?
