    Shit's so fucked up right now that this doesn't even make the top ten list of fucked up things our government is up to this week. While the big stuff that grabs the headlines is going on we keep taking it in the ass from stuff like this.

    Not really a change - all the House did was allow cable/internet providers to do the same thing that services like google and other websites already were free to do - they just leveled the field so to speak so that the same rules (or really absence) apply to everyone - if there is to be a restriction, it should apply to everyone in the industry, not to some and not others.

    Yes, but one can choose which web services/sites to use. In many areas, there is only one high speed internet provider one can use.
