Ok everyone, I'd love for you to start researching the new news on good fats. FATS ARE YOUR FRIEND. I'm talking avocado, nuts, coconut oil, butter, ghee, full fat organic yogurt etc. If you aren't getting enough fats, you are going to burn through your food SO fast you will be wanting to eat and snack all day, to the point of over-eating. I NEVER EVER skimp on the fat... make sure to put olive oil in my soups and salads etc. I stay full for hours and am in the best shape of my life. People always ask me if I eat enough; I'm not underweight but definitely slim and athletic. If you want to go even deeper, start reading about the ketogenic diet. This is NOT the same as diabetic ketosis, which is bad for you and hard on the kidneys. This is a state where your body learns to burn fats instead of only carbs. It is also great for mood and hormone regulation. Google that shit.
The being scared of fat thing is SO 1980s. There is a ton of new research coming out saying that healthy fats are NOT the culprit in heart disease; REFINED CARBS are. Sadly, they are still heavily subsidized by the government and so it will be a long time before everyone gets the word and stops being afraid of healthy fats.
Ok, end rant

OP, as others have said, you are definitelly not eating enough, and what you are eating is too heavy in carbs, which will leave your insulin levels spiking and then tanking. Not good for weight control at all. More protein, and yes, more fat
*EDIT: you can't just add a bunch of fat and continue to eat tons of refined carbs (sugar, pasta etc) and expect to lose weight. There is definitely an art and a balance to it. Lots of info on ruledme. keto. com etc
