Default Stripper thongs giving me yeast infections.

I've always been prone to yeast infections. I stopped getting them frequently after making changes suggested by my doctor. One change was to stop wearing thongs.
I just started dancing two months ago and figured only wearing thongs on the nights i work couldn't hurt. I was wrong. It looks like i have to stop wearing thong even at work.
What else can wear? If i wear scrunch bikini bottoms customers will expect me to take them off during dances since all the other dancers wear thongs under theirs. That would be fine, but i don't want to grind on customers without any type of underwear.

    Thanks for the advice!

You could try 100% cotton thongs and see if those still give you the same problem.

If so, wear scrunchy bottoms but put a bandanna or similar on the custie's lap. Then you know you're not making contact with anything that isn't clean. Also if you're grinding mostly with hips, tailbone, and buttcheeks it shouldn't cause issues. Just don't straddle them with your bottoms off.

Cotton thongs are a good idea. I found cute cotton ones at Victoria's Secret.

Put them on right before the shift and take them off right afterwards.

I also don't take shits while wearing thongs because I'm convinced if you do (especially if you don't wet wipe right after) it makes issues for those who are sensitive down there. Even if I wipe with baby wipes I'm still paranoid about the whole anal/fecal/thong/vagina thing.

Some people are just more sensitive than others. I agree about wearing a cotton thong, wearing it only during work hours, and maybe bringing a second one to change into while you're there. Wash them after every shift. Also, hope this isn't TMI, but peeing frequently can help prevent UTI's, because you're clearing out the bacteria. And taking cranberry pills can help as a preventative measure. Be sure to drink lots of water.

Have you ever tried a diet that does not promote yeast? There are certain foods that can promote more yeast in the body. Google the Candida diet....tho some of the articles are more "home remedy" focused this may help. Yeast comes from within so what is on the outside really doesn't matter too much if you are not eating a diet that promotes growth of yeast.

I agree with this. It is not normal to get frequent yeast infections and something is likely out of balance
