Dizzy 2 things :) nerve damage and extreme weight loss

So first off, do any of you girls suffer from neuroma??? My third and fourth toes (mostly on right foot, but sometimes on left) are going incredibly numb, like falling asleep sensation and they're beginning to be painful. It's a ball of nerves built up between the toes. How do you girls handle it? I wear normal, plastic 8 inch heels but it's def becoming a problem.

HUGE problem number 2. I have lost about 15lbs over 3 months. I am a newly single mom, so it's def stress related, club has been slow, I'm having a hard time sleeping on the weekends (I work th/Fr/sat) and then I'm not really hungry due to lack of sleep. Anyone have weight GAINING tips???? Maybe CB1??? Idk but I prefer to be on the thicker/chunkier side because of my dancing style (lots of floor/booty work) and I'm uncomfortable in my own skin.

So any advice you ladies can offer me on either would be great!!!!!! TIA ❤️❤️😂

Get a rubber ball or a tennis ball and roll it around putting weight where it feels good. You can do this several times a day if you want. Also every night before going to sleep clean and massage your feet with a hot washcloth.

Maybe you could try to sneak an extra snack or mini meal into your day. Also obviously you could do things to try to improve your stress levels. Positive affirmations in the morning, meditation where you try to clear your mind or let it wander in a relaxed state when you have some free minutes, make sure to watch or read one happy thing a day, etc.
