Update: 1 lb down. feeling less bloated and much slimmer already. not feeling too insanely hungry at 1200 cals but also craving stuff. I bought some powdered PB and been pouring that on two eggos as a snack. I also bought Brisk Iced Tea Zero and good God does it ever help with sugar cravings!!!
Tomorrow I host a house warming party. My plan is to eat only protein all day and bank up calories for the evening. I'm making fat free caramel popcorn, casein protein brownies, cottage cheese dip with whole wheat crackers. I'm sticking to white wine, apparently one of the lowest calorie contents is Yellow tails Riesling with only around 450-500 cals a bottle. I'm going to make spritzers out of it with diet lemonade or sparkling water.
