Default Is a new set of boobs worth it

I got mine in 2007 breastfed for two years since and I've dealt with my implants rippling and migrating outward. My natural boobs already where shaped further outwards. based on a consult I would need to not only replace my implants But have suturing to revise the implant pockets. Currently the benefits of staying as I am are: I have no scars, they are a decent shape and I could save myself the pain and money. The pros on exchanging are possible size change upgrading to silicone, and the positioning revision. My boobs tend to have a softer natural effect from breastfeeding although still look enhanced, if I were to make this change they could look Perkier and less natural.

    so my questions are.

was it worth it? Is silicone better as a dancer? Do you have rippling and how does that effect dancing? Did you go bigger and why? Is the gap worth fixing in exchange for possible scars and cleavage? Is less natural in appearance worth the revision? Any other comments too! Thanks

honestly they look really good to me. probably not worth upgrading until something is seriously wrong with them. i just got mine done cause one was leaking and one had capsular contracture. I regret it, it cost me a lot of moneymaking time off from work and I'm not happy with them.

You have a kick ass body and I think you'll be fine with them. However, that's up to how you feel personally.

They, and the rest of you, look really good. I'm guessing the rippling only shows in certain positions because I can't see any? I wish my implants would look that good at such low body fat!

I think it would be worth it to get them redone if you're experiencing problems with rippling and migration. You have a FANTASTIC body, so you could put it off if it would be inconvenient to invest the time/money right now, but there would be a number of benefits if you decided to get a new set.

First, silicone implants look and feel more natural than saline. In my opinion (as well as the opinion of many surgeons), silicone implants are the way to go. You're very thin and this is going to make you more prone to rippling. Saline implants are also have a much higher chance of rippling than silicone, so your chances of avoiding this problem are better if you make the switch. It does look like the shape and positioning could be improved and I believe the trade off of a few scars which will fade significantly over time is worth the superior shape (as well as fixing the complications) you'd have after getting them redone.

Wow thank you for your replies I really appreciate your time and feedback. The rippling is mostly on the sides it's not as noticeable to most people but of course I notice it and when I Bend Down its really rippled. I guess that can be expected no matter what. But since I I've had them for almost ten years I know eventually it will be time to do something. I really think if I'm going to do it I might as well go for silicone and the capsule revision. I'm a decade older than when I got them so my body has gone through some changes with babies and everything. It's hard to imagine what tgey would look like if I had more cleavage I like this idea but at the same time have grown used to the way I am now. Thanks for your help I have a couple great doctors in mind. Now it's a matter of size that I'll contemplate. I really dont want to go much larger but it might help fill the pocket or skin since my weight has fuctuated. I'm just hoping to be proportionate and not too top heavy.

Thank you I'm sorry for that experience, its s lot to go through and sounds frustrating to spend time and money to not be happy. So definitely something for me to consider. Is it worth it if I'm unhappy?

Hey girl, I have had my silicone implants for 7 years now and have also experienced migration its called lateral displacement. I've spoken with a few doctors who said I would need internal sutures just like you. If I were you, since it has been ten years and you don't want to wake up with an implant deflated (a risk with saline), I would pick the slowest month at your club and get them done. Upgrade to silicone, it's much softer and get the pockets fixed.

I'm curious what causes this lateral displacement if its weight training or just inevitable with big implants thinking about staying the same size I hear that silicone can appear a little smaller which seems strange to me if it's technically the same size right now I'm 600 hp was thinking 650 hp?

Lateral displacement is usually caused by the surgeon making the pocket too big. I think it can be caused by heavy lifting as well. I believe an internal bra is different than closing the pocket back up though.

Don't take this the wrong way but the left boob looks more natural than the right boob, the right boob looks higher than the other one or maybe that is the style of them. Tear drop boobs are supposed to be more natural I think there are different styles on how you want them looking. I don't have breast implants so I don't know much about them in further detail.

Your waist line is very slim after having children, have you had liposuction? or if you go to the gym please can you share us your sit up goals x

Not it at all in fact I really appreciate your feedback and notice that too I think the right boob actually is slightly overfilled in ccs. My doctor did this originally because I was a little asymmetrical. But since have had another baby breastfeed for two years etc so yes I notice the difference. Good suggestion with the teardrop implants I will def consider that as I like the size but want to stay natural as possible. Thanks for the compliment I'm just getting back in the gym as of this week after not working out for the last year. I got lazy lol, and I'm flattered you guys don't think im out of shape. I'll have to post body pics in a couple weeks hoping to tone up, my problem areas my legs butt so really focusing there. I've never had liposuction honestly scares me lol. Most of the way I got my body pre baby and smaller actually was through diet alone. Years previous to that before my second child I was curvy and thicker not fat and worked out everyday hard ran 6 mikes a day on the beach but definitely heavier and frustrated and struggled with getting leaner. Was my diet that really changed my body fat. Luckily I was really athletic before I took a vacation from my exercising. I followed a strict ketogenic diet for about 6 months now just a low carb diet with an occasional cheat day. my last trainer yrs ago never had me do lateral or side crunches he thought it would make my waist wider. Not sure that's something to believe or not but I've stuck with a routine mostly where I try to focus mostly on whole body exercises for my abs like yoga and any ab targeting exercises mostly plank or leg raises I don't do crunches. I'm back on my workout routine last couple days sore as hell but I'm My goal is to really tone up everywhere but not get too low low on body fat so I increased my fat a little and protien. I'm staying away from cardio for the most part right niw focusing on weights. Thanks for your message I'm hoping I can update with a new set someday.

Keep us updated if you get them re-done. I think they look fine but it's your decision. I might get mine done if I choose to stay lean until menopause.

Thats too bad my guess is it could be because your natural anatomy, like me already had this shape and or the base diameter of the implant is too wide. Are yours high profile? Mine are but even though they are hp I couldn't go any larger in diameter because I'm very narrow

You and your envy inducing photos again lol. They look amazing, but you must do what is best for you. If new boobs will make you feel more confident, no harm.

I do hear in comparison silicone is much better then saline. But lets just say this, you could manage to keep them as is and nobody will notice any flaws but you and only change them when "the expiration date" is near. I hear even the expiration date (every 15 years) is individual as well, so...
