I have been interested in the TRIA for some time. I know it will never provide what laser hair removal does, but I am still interested.
All reviews on the internet I do not believe. They are all written like sales copy and or the person providing the review admits that the item was given to them by the company (but they are still sharing their personal opinion) BS...who wouldn't be happy with a free product that costs a few hundred? Also, when people pay for the device of course they will happily share the cons, because they spent their hard earned money on it.
I have done a fair amount of research and I'd actually go with the SILKN. It is more affordable then tria but has a comparable amount of pulses. You can get replacement heads which are affordable. The other unit that is FDA approved has only 500 some odd pulses and replacements are $40. Tria and SILKN are comparable but SILKN is about $100 less.
Has any real life actual human who has not been given these products for free seen results with the TRIA or SILKN or similar devices??? (No no and others like it don't count)
I know it is only for permanent reduction, and each device states that hair will come back (but sparser and finer) To me, this alone is an improvement....I am an ape with light skin and dark hair. I have always had issues shaving, will not wax or sugar, and although I can spend for the unit, I cannot get laser at the moment. More and more salons offer $100 per month plans, but I'd still have to do several sessions and it will still run about $1000 overall in my case. In all of my years researching hair removal methods, I can assume that these devices look promising...but, n the long run, maybe your hair grows just as thick as it did before (if you do not use the device for a while) but I don't know for sure. If a somewhat long term hair reduction was attainable, I would buy and use this product!!
