    Search Home pole recommendations

    Hey ladies,
Looked around and couldn't find an answer anywhere, so here we go: I'm looking for a pole I can put in my home. I'm a cammer, so I have literally no idea what I'm looking for brand or finish wise (& I'm kind of scared to spend $350+ & have it be a pile of garbage). I'm in a rental, so I'd prefer a portable one (or one that won't fuck up my floors or ceiling). The option for both static and spinning also would be nice.
Thanks in advance for the suggestions and links!

i've owned a few poles.. I recommend getting one that installs into the ceiling, as it is much safer than the tension poles. If you are not the handy-type, find someone who is, so you don't damage your ceiling. I was not a fan of a pink pole I purchased, since the paint made the pole impossible to grip. Most of my poles were difficult to grip at first. You can purchase adjustable fingerless gloves on Amazon made for for pole work, which really helps.

I have xpole 45 mm stainless steel finish. It's super slippery so I would recommend also buying dry hands. It's both static and spin. It's pressurized but I haven't had any issues with stability. It's technically portable and that shit is heavy as fuck, but I highly doubt any other pole would be lighter. All in all it cost me over $400, but I highly recommend it

yes xpole! i have the spinning one too, but like littlelizard said it is very slippery. super sturdy though and easy to install. I had that cheaper pink one in my apt years ago and it tore out the dry wall when we tried to take it down!! you def want to invest in a nice one
