I'm obsessed with preventing smile lines - both in wrinkle form and from muscle imbalances. I smile and laugh frequently at my day job, and lately I've started noticing that flexing those facial muscles is giving me musculature lines. So, not wrinkles, but just lines from those muscles becoming stronger. Does that make any sense?
Anyway, lately I've been trying to find counterbalancing exercises and stretches for those muscles as a preventive measure. I make all kinds of crazy faces for 5-10 minutes a night while I watch t.v.. I know I can't prevent lines entirely, but I love self care and believe it can make a huge difference over time.
Do you do this? Any anti-aging exercises or stretches you'd recommend for your face?
