    Default Realistic wigs for everyday/daylight/dating?

I am looking for a decent everyday wig, but the problem is that the wigs from the BSS look pretty wack on me. I don't know if I am doing it wrong and if they're supposed to be trimmed/styled before I wear them, but they look incredibly fake at the hairline, feel hot and stuffy, and look like helmets. I am open to spending more for something decent, such as a silk top or monofilament kind. I've even thought about ordering those sheitels (kosher wigs worn by married Jewish women) that cost like $500+ for virgin European hair.

Has anyone worn wigs for everyday? What are some comfortable types/brands? Have you've dated, sugared, escorted, or done sex work in them before?

If you want a wig that is more seamless at the hairline I'd recommend a lace-front wig, however that also requires more time to put it on.

Even good quality synthetic hair wigs can be pricey, j/s.
There was a fairly recent wig thread on here that had what I thought to be a good link.
Also, in a very recent fashion magazine they talked about wigs for Jewish women (only their hubs & female fam member can see their real hair).
These are very high quality, pricey wigs.
I don't recall a company name mentioned, but I'm sure that's been talked about on here too

I've been looking through stripperweb threads and I think I heard raquel welch mentioned. Good quality synthetic wigs I've been looking at were like Raquel Welch and Jon Renau, which are like ~$400 on average.

There's a lot of kosher wig brands, but a lot of them are based in New York, Europe, and Israel and require consultation and personal fitting to create custom wigs. There's no decent wig shops around where I live. Freeda is a brand that seems to make premade wigs that I can order online. There's also Shevy, Galit Italia, Claire Accuhair, but they don't do premades.
I've been eyeing Hairalicious based in Europe, which makes customs, but the waitlist is extremely long.

Another reason why I should've gone to New York...

Yeah I've always wanted to wear wigs but when I tried I couldn't get it to look as authentic as I wanted.

I started watching women on YouTube teaching how to apply wig and make it look natural. Learned a few steps to make them look more like your real hair that I wouldn't have known otherwise.

also I remember one wig company called my first wig which is supposedly newbie friendly.

Once I started looking at wigs and seeing how unrealistic some of them look, I began looking at the women on the streets and in the TV shows and noticed that a lot of people have hairlines that look fake. My mind is blown. Is there more people wearing wigs than I realize? Is everyone wearing a wig on TV?

I was surprised when I learned that 70% of women color their hair, I thought most people wore their hair in natural color. Then, I was surprised when I learned that almost everyone on TV, even in commercials and the bystanders in movies, are wearing hair extensions. Now what, everyone is wearing wigs?

    mind = blown

Anyway look how beautiful this is:

Yeah you're supposed to "customize" the wigs.

I'm guessing they look obviously fake because most people don't know how to customize their wigs and just wear them straight out the box.

And yes women with "enhanced" hair (ex. Wigs, extensions, color, heat styling etc) is more common among women on camera. Especially the ones on camera frequently know all that styling damages their real hair so they use wigs as a protective measure. But also some people just want to quickly achieve fullness and/or length which makes them look better on camera.

Everyone is fawning over Kim Kardashian "Cher" looking hair ...... I'm like that is a damn wig!!! A very convincing wig but I'm certain because the hairline in her before and after pics is the give away.

I don't think Kim has ever admitted to any enhancements she's had so the media will continue to compliment "her hair".

And yes a large majority of women with blond or red hair is - enhanced. These hair colors are rare in nature but thanks to hair color damn near everyone is blond/red now.

One thing I've always been told, wigs need t/b professionally cut/styled, as they have too much hair.
Also, there's a tool you beat them w/ to remove the fake looking shine
Have you looked on hisanher.com? There's some human hair ones, a fair amount of designer brand including Raquel
    Their shipping cost sucks tho

Putting some baby powder or dry shampoo makes them less shiny. Super shiny = fake

Evawigs is a really great site! You can customize your wig pretty much any way possible! They're very reasonably priced, from 150 for in stock wigs to like 700 for custom and anything in between. They are very realistic, the hairline is easy to customize and I think that they're even offering pre plucked hairlines now where they do it for you. On most wigs you can create any color combo you want, they are so great. Sone advice I've learned from wearing wigs is if you're getting a color that's different from your hair, it will look a lot more realistic and blend better if you add a root that's the same color as your natural hair. I've gone through a couple of wigs before I learned that and it's all the difference. A lace frontal should be enough if you want to wear it down, but go full lace if you're going to want to wear it up. Also make sure you get one with combs and adjustable straps in the back, it reduces the need for custom sizing and makes the wig sooo much more secure. Good luck finding one! Also check out their insta, they have so many pics of girls and their wigs it's great for some inspo
