    Default Buyer beware...

    https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7...11213633_zpid/

Upstairs apartment cannot be shown under any circumstances. Buyer assumes responsibility for the month-to-month tenancy in the upstairs apartment. Occupant has never paid, and no security deposit is being held, but there is a lease in place. (Yes, it does not make sense, please don't bother asking.)
They put that in the ad? What the hell is upstairs? Who in their right mind would take this on?

"Come on in! Don't mind the human-body-shaped stains on the floors. BTW, I'd like to turn your skin into a custom suit."

probably just a tenant that wont pay and wont move out without going through the eviction process... Who would want that headache going in? Why the owners haven't started the eviction process already is beyond me. Maybe its their deadbeat kid and they just want to get out from under him.

This ad is amazing ... you can tell whoever wrote it is well and truly fed up with the property ...whether agent or owner.

    "don't bother asking" ... LOL

I went through this stuff in Brooklyn, having to evict people who were basically squatters and deliver a property empty.

This entire ad sounds so creepy lol

    Wtf?!?

That looks like a trap house. No worse because I bet even street level drug dealers living better than that. Sheesh those pics no lie remind me of some horror flick. Those 70's horrors ... the real scary ones.

Really wanna know the whole story on this, altho agree w/Leni.
How is it legal to NEVER see part of a property?
I know foreclosures can be sold sight unseen, but someone's living there
