I drink a lot of water, exercise, don't drink, don't smoke, and don't do any drugs. I think it has to do with genes too. I can pass for 20, even though I'm 10 years older. My grandma is 83 but can pass for being in her 50's. Quite a few people on dad's side of the family look younger than they are.

I'm lucky enough to look about 10 years younger than I am. However I did start noticing obvious signs of ageing about a year ago (Lots of grey hairs, dark under eyes, deeper laughter lines). Here's what I've started on which I think is helpful
Argan oil gently massaged around eyes where lines are emerging
Coconut oil and shea butter (natural/unrefined) all over the body
No heat/ harmful products on hair, let it dry naturally
    Vegan/plant based
Teaspoon of Turmeric every day (wards of alzheimers)
Loads of lentils (as above/brain food)
3 cups per day of Matcha tea

Things I know are good but haven't gotten to yet:
    Lots of water
    Lots of sleep
    20 mins exercise per day
    Weightlifting

Re worrying about protein on a vegan diet, no need - the animals people eat get THEIR protein from plants anyway. Here's a great list of high protein plant foods http://www.onegreenplanet.org/natura...es-of-protein/

I think in general, people who are slightly overweight/plump tend to look a bit younger than we athletic/ stringy folks. Their skin is more filled out, their faces more cherubic. Losing that weight can quickly go south, though, since the skin has accommodated to being fuller. So weight loss can lead to the skin looking even more aged than if they had always been thin.
Not that I'm advocating being overweight but this is absolutely spot on! My dad is 76 and honestly doesn't look past his 50's. He literally has NO lines or wrinkles! He's always been very overweight and even when he lost some he was fortunate not to get saggy skin or lines.

    This thread is so good.

I changed out my facial cleanser for jojoba and vitamin E oil, after two weeks I was noticing brighter skin and less acne. It's been a year now and it's still my favorite cleanser.

Make up ages your skin. Do not go cheap on facial creams or powders (no talc) and clean your skin well after work.

Seven-eight hours of sleep a night.

Eating lots of fruits and vegetables to keep the skin and eyes glowing. Eating a crap ton of fruits and vegetables really makes my eyes look "glossy" and brighter somehow.

    Drinking a lot of water.

Face yoga. There is a routine I do that makes my eyes look way more open, which makes them look bigger. I love it.

Using BellEvolve Synthe' 6 Argirelox serum twice a day. This stuff is literally botox in a bottle/a botox alternative. There have even been clinical studies done to prove that this stuff works. I was starting to get wrinkles on my forehead from all the worried and stressed out facial expressions that anxiety makes me do every time I go somewhere, or any time I get on cam. After about 4 months of using it, my forehead is completely line free. The serum even sort of "freezes" my forehead, which makes it more difficult for me to make those stressed out facial expressions.

Taking collagen peptides every night. The ones with Verisol in them are the only ones that I know of that were used in clinical studies that show results.

Not over washing my face. I only wash my face once a day and that is at night. Your skin needs natural oils to be healthy and to stay looking young. If you are constantly washing your face with harsh products, you are stripping those natural oils.

Ever since switching to washing my face to once a day, my breakouts have been less. I used to get a very oily forehead when I was washing my face twice a day and now my forehead looks just like the rest of my skin. Sometimes your skin needs a rest from all the products to normalize itself.

I do a light glycolic peel at home every 7 days, which helps with skin texture and to help fade any acne scars.

Sex, drugs, rock & roll. Party all night, sleep all day.

Laugh lines happened cause a person smiled & laughed a lot.

Pay a great surgeon to reverse it all & live a fun life...

All this shit says don't stress but then it's like "you can't eat, you can't drink, you can't listen to music that's too loud, don't go outside, don't smile too much, exercise but only certain types of exercises, dont sleep on your back, dont fuck with your legs open"

like wtf i'm supposed to sit in a zen room 24/7 eating carrots and drinking cucumber water

Yeah fuck that I'll take the wrinkle and just botox that bitch when the time comes.

Sure. The exercises I use are from FaceRobics on Youtube. I do her eyelid exercise and also her "eye brow lift" exercise. The two combined really make my eyes look more open and lift my brows.

You have to be consistent for it to work though, meaning to do it everyday. I do it in the morning when I am trying to wake up and it only takes about 5-7 minutes.

It takes time to see results, just like going to the gym. But I started to notice results after just a month.

Here are the videos I use:

Virgins! Where the hell are you gonna find one of those? Maybe Amazon in a another country carries them. Le sigh
