Has anyone taken fat burners? Such as hydroxycut...how it make you feel? Did you see results?

Fat burners don't actually burn fat- they're usually just a cocktail of stimulants and hunger suppressors. so you feel full of energy and not as hungry as you should be while dieting. They can be helpful in conjunction with eating well but they'll do jack shit for somebody who isn't making adjustments to their diet.

For helping with that last little push when your diet is in check but you feel sluggish and "food crazy" they're useful but I'd only use them for a short period of time, make sure you drink a TON of water, and watch out for any of the side effects. Remember that none of them are tested for efficacy, all the FDA cares about is that they haven't killed anyone (or too many people anyways) so it's a ymmv thing. I would definitely read reviews etc and not just pick a product at random.

They are scams and potentially dangerous, especially when mixed with other stuff. I am not kidding. My 24 year old friend had a stroke.

i used to take ephedrine from Canada (could get it shipped to the USA) and it worked awesome, no jitters just awake. I felt well rested. I lost quite a bit, like the first week i lost 7 pounds . I don't think you can get it anymore though shipped to the usa bc of customs and the regulations theyve put on it .

STUPID . b/c that was really the only one that gave amazing results except for this stuff by gnc lipo something

I tried Slimquick in college. Never again! It literally has the caffeine of 6 coffees. I thought I was going to die. Jittery doesn't begin to describe how I felt. Just exercise!

I took Hydroxycut and *gross TMI alert* had a bright orange, oily substance leaking from my ass. It was disturbing, gross, and embarrassing. I thought that I was dying. I immediately rushed to the ER and no medical reason could be found for the creepy, gross orange oil. It was chalked up to Hydroxycut. One of my female relatives had the same problem with Alli with the lovely orange butt oil. For both of us the orange oil subsided once stopping the diet pills. I think you should try apple cider vinegar. It really does seem to help reduce appetite and keep cravings under control. I have heard good things about drinking hot green tea too and lots of water.

Apple Cider Vinegar does work but you have to mix it with water, don't just toss it down your throat. CLA has worked for me. I just ordered some in fact. It does not make you lose weight or spot decrease but if you have more body fat and are working out and eating right, it will help you get your body fat percentage lower and your muscle mass higher faster. I am fairly certain it is either a naturally produced enzyme or at least a naturally occurring one... but I am kind of making that up and too lazy to google it right now so do your own research.

Oh dear, a close relative of mine took XLS Medical which has the same ingredient as Alli and had a few "accidents" with the lovely orange butt oil. Thankfully this problem is usually confined to fat blockers/binders like Orlistat. Scary that it happened with Hydroxycut!

Does anyone know if Green Coffee or Garcinia Cambogia work? I don't like diet pills that are filled with stimulants as they make me jittery and shaky so these *sound* more gentle.
