Hey girls! I am a huge fan of FitnessBlender guys and I see they have lots of fans. How couldn't, since they have over 500+ free workouts on youtube for all levels, cheap workout programs and all they promote is moderate exercise with a lot of natural food, no supplements and no crazy, expensive gym equipments, but only dummbelss, a yoga mat and a pair of sneakers?
Adding that they are down to earth, do the workouts in same time with you, aren't yelling or try to appear posh and perfect in front of camera, totaly won my heart and made my number 1 choice, when it comes to home workout, without doubts.

Right now I am doing the Fbfit workout program and I completed day 28 (I am 3 days behind, but whateva).
So: FBFIT, DAY 28: #Workoutcomplete!
Thoughts: I start having lower back pain and is annoying. Also, I hate Bent Over Dorsal Raises. And I find suspine push ups and walk downs useless and boring).
