    Thumbs up Fitnessblender workouts- Post here what program/ video you have used today!

    Hey girls! I am a huge fan of FitnessBlender guys and I see they have lots of fans. How couldn't, since they have over 500+ free workouts on youtube for all levels, cheap workout programs and all they promote is moderate exercise with a lot of natural food, no supplements and no crazy, expensive gym equipments, but only dummbelss, a yoga mat and a pair of sneakers?
    Adding that they are down to earth, do the workouts in same time with you, aren't yelling or try to appear posh and perfect in front of camera, totaly won my heart and made my number 1 choice, when it comes to home workout, without doubts.

    I created this thread for those who are following their programs or simply do random youtube workout. So, feel free to post here what did you try for today and if you made it to #workoutcomplete
    Also, let's share oppinions, suggestions and anything related!



    Right now I am doing the Fbfit workout program and I completed day 28 (I am 3 days behind, but whateva).
    So: FBFIT, DAY 28: #Workoutcomplete!
    Thoughts: I start having lower back pain and is annoying. Also, I hate Bent Over Dorsal Raises. And I find suspine push ups and walk downs useless and boring ).

    I used to exercise with their videos. But many exercises are very poorly designed energy consuming with no to little outcome. I did their challenges. Also they are lacking of proper form. If you are gonna squat like Kelly one day your knees will tell you fuck off. I thought hiit was a good thing, not for me! if you are gonna do HIIT for an hour and more your thyroid will join your knees and tell fuck off. I def over exercised on thier stuff. After exercises i was tired, next day still sluggish.
    Just in comparison i found an online program it was much easier and enjoyble to follow.After I felt good and next day even better.

    You've put me on thoughts, even I can see a lot of people love them and had results, so, I suppose is all about the personal taste.
    Like I tried so many luck to do insanity workout from beachbody. I never passed over 3 weeks, because I was getting bored, even I've seen results. I still want to do it some day and finish it all..
    Mind telling the program you found now? I like trying new stuff even I found a favourite now.

    On topic: Back from vacation. I had to start all over again the week 5 of Fb Fit, because I didn't work out at all. Pffff...

    Day 27 complete.

    Since I came back from vacation, my entire workout plan is screwed. Always something came up and now I have so much to work.
    I am stuck at week 4, it seems.
    From 16th of june I will start all over again (from week 4).

    Of course, due to some personal problems and lots of lazyness (preferred to play on console instead of workout and sleep extra 2-3 hours), i managed to abandon the last month of FB Fit. I feel like shit now.
    But, even like that, I've got my shit togheter back and I am ready to continue my journey. I want to buy the FB ABS porgram and combine it with FB Fit.
    FB ABS is 4 weeks. FB fit is 8 weeks. First 4 weeks of FB fit are easy and it's gonna be great because I will combine with FB ABS.

    Back with a little review after 2 days of FbFit and FbAbs.
    Both, conbined, are killer. My workouts last about 1hour -1h 30m. I can't tell anything about results. Maybe a little sore muscles, but not too much.
    Hopfeully i will make it trough this month ))

    I will be busy, working 12 hours a day so, it will be no way to combine FB Abs and Fb fit.
    I will stick to Fb Abs, because it's shorter.

    I tried FitnessBlender vids but they bore me to death! For me personally, my workouts have to keep me interested or I will hate the thought of exercising every day. I like PopSugar fitness but I wasn't getting the results i wanted. I need to be sweating for a minimum of 30 minutes a day to feel accomplished. After trying a ton of different YouTube vids I finally went back to my tried and true Jillian Michaels programs. Some don't like her personality but I have always loved her! Currently I am on her Body Revolution dvd set and I am loving it! I have always had the best results from her videos and I am really looking forward to finishing this one (its a 3 month program) and toning up. If you're short on time her 30 day shred is also amazing! I hope i didn't sound rude in my suggestion, just wanted to possibly help

    Omg, not rude at all ) i admit they are boring sometimes )). I like Jillian Michaels too. It's been 3 years since I tried a program of hers. I think it was 30 day shred, but I remember that I didn't see much of results at that time? I am not sure tho, lol.

    Yup! I've lost 10 pounds with Body Revolution and gained some muscle tone . After this one I'm moving onto JM's Bodyshred. I agree that 30 day shred doesn't show the best results. i did that back in the day too and I think it its just not long enough to really help wth serious toning and weight loss. its still decent but 30-60 mins of exercise 5-6 days a week is best imo.

    Yeah, right now I am doing insanity workout and I really forgot is a huge difference from FB. I really sweat and I look like a boiled crab at the end of the workout. Also, is really eating my breath so I guess I just love being sadistic to myself.
    But.. results are showing up faster!

    Congratulations for your loss!! AHAHAHAA!!!! At least is the only situation where I can congratulate someone, instead of saying "sorry", LOL.

    God bless you, woman! I tried Insanity workout after Fitnessblender but I only lasted 3 weeks and I started hurt my shins and knees. So, I decided to try your suggestion, the Body Revolution program.
    What can I say? Bless youu!! thanks a lot for the suggestion! I like the workout, it's effective, it's intense but it doesn't hurt (in a bad way). I like that's only 30 minutes and no breaks, wich is perfect. I prefer to workout 30 min without break than 45 with breaks.
    THANK YOUUU!!! I come up with impressions after I am done with first month.
