Default What kind of club would best suit me?

I know that I meet standards for at least some clubs. I'm fairly thin, have an athletic build. I'm 5'7" and 115lbs, but I'm also only a 30B.

My question is, should I expect to be up to the physical standards of nicer clubs, or should I lower my sights to lower quality clubs that are more realistic? I'm currently looking at clubs in Tampa and Miami, if that makes a difference based on competition.

Try both. You have the body+height(from what I can see} to work both upscale & mid tier clubs.A bikini photo would probably help get a more accurate view of your body though.

You would be fine to work higher end clubs. I would start there and work my way down. Good luck.

Try Rachael's in West Palm Beach of Dean's Gold if they are still open. Why Miami and Tampa? Do you live in FL already?

I used to live in Florida and am looking at moving back. I had heard that those two were good club cities, but I may be off-base?

I don't know who told you that but I disagree. Miami is awesome as a city and I absolutely love it but I do not think dancing in Miami is good. First and foremost, if you do not speak Spanish you are at a huge disadvantage. Then, you have a bunch of really, really, really good looking girls with fake asses doing cheap extras and also some insane pole tricks. Plus, there's not really many "high end" clubs (to a certain extent E11ven and Dean's Gold- but again I am not sure if they are open anymore. If you really want to move to Miami I recommend trying to get a job at a regular club as a bottle girl or at the beach bartending or waitressing. You will make about the same amount of money with less bullshit.

If you really truly want to come down and give it a shot; I am not trying to shoot you down I just want you to have a realistic idea of what you're getting into. Try the one or two better clubs then from there I would say Tootsies, Scarlett's then Wonderland (which I hear mixed things about).

You could try Broward County as well. It is kind of the same thing with the lack of upscale clubs. There are a few that think they are upscale but they really aren't.

Tampa- I have never heard great things about either. I have only really ever had one person I was good enough friends with to get honest feedback from; that danced there but I have heard the money is not that great. The average wage in Tampa is one of the worst in the country. Not that you want guys who work for $X amount per hour as the bulk of your business but I just saying. They tend to like girls with one certain look, while I think you do have that look, I just feel like it's not a good place to make money.

Where would you say IS a good place to try then? I don't have my heart set on it by any means, I just thought I needed some idea of where I would be.

Southern West Coast, East Coast from WPB up or the Keys. Go where the population is a little older; or where there is a lot of tourist money.

Do you think I would fit the mold to work at a club like Mons Venus, though?

OP, I would certainly weigh the opinion of someone currently dancing in Tampa over mine! Before you move anywhere and uproot yourself I would try to come down for a week or two on vacation and try it.

How do you find out whether it's an 18+ or 21+ club? I had heard that in some states you can work at 18 regardless of them selling alcohol. Not really sure how to tell where I could legally work?

You do not want to come to Tampa right now lol. Summer's are extremely bad because we make money off of the tourists and business men and snowbirds who mostly come in the winter. I'm currently reading this thread and others trying to find a club to go to in south Florida because the money is gone from Tampa till fall. It's mostly locals in the clubs in Tampa right now and they are mostly cheap/broke. Also a side note a lot of clubs in Tampa aren't hiring right now and are actually doing lay-offs for weight and other things because it is off-season. I do recommend Tampa though once season starts because it is **reasonably clean and possible to make decent money without extras.
