    Default The shy girl hustle

I have been dancing at a gentle men's club for several months. On average I make $400-$500 per shift. Not everyday is like that. If I where to dance 7 days a week 4-5 would be like that. However I have one problem, I'm kind of shy and have trouble approaching costumers.

    1. I will go and sit with a costumer with ease if he tips me on stage.
    2. Or I will sit with a customer if he approaches me
    3. I constantly smile at costumers if he gives a big smile back and turns his head to look at me, I will site down with him. If he just mumbles hey or waves I won't sit down with him.

I love dancing, I love the club I work in. However I feel that by hustling with the shy girl approach I may be cheating myself out of$100, $200, $300 more. Do any of you lades have any suggestions to overcome this? Have you ever been in my shoes when you started?

It sounds like you're doing a lot of waiting and not just going to the customers and sitting with them. I'd say you need to bite the bullet, learn to say hi and sit with the customers, and tell them they're going to get a dance. ("Let's go somewhere private"/"Let's do a dance.") It will really make a difference in your earnings. And by the 10th time you've done it, you will feel far less nervous

Im very shy too (I have autism) So I understand that its hard to approach people but you need to approach the customer first otherwise your probably losing out on guys that would otherwise spend. (in England especially) I rarely get approached by customers wanting dances so its best to go up to them first

Just got to get up and go, the longer you sit around shy or indecisive the harder it will be to start. Try to just tackle a guy immediately and with any luck you'll start a ball rolling. Plus if you're sitting around shy a lot of guys will get weirded out by that as well if they see you sitting around by yourself a lot. Try to keep moving. Get some lines to say to any guy in there to get a conversation started aimed at getting them to spend money on you.

I used to sit around all the time scared, now I try to fake it until I make it as best I can. <3 If you run out of customers leave the floor for a bit then come back and be like, I was just in the most fun VIP, I can't wait for my next fun guy to play with.

This has always been my issue. Once I found a club where you didn't talk to the guys at all it was awesome.
I also work in a hostess club and the guys ask you to dance there. Lol easy way is my hustle

No but for real you're not doing too bad and as long as you keep within your comfort zone you can probably pull off that sexy shy girl the guys love.
It sounds like you're in a good club and possibly not giving yourself enough credit. Right now it's a struggle in these clubs and even though dancers deserve 2 grand every time they work, at least your able to pull pretty consistent amounts, I danced for years and sometimes I'd go home empty handed bc I was an idiot. It takes a lot for me to be comfortable. Sometimes I did good, when the setting was right but I learned it's all about your mindset and your confidence, and the energy your carrying. You can be shy but you need to be confident. The confidence comes first and the hustle comes second.

I think going out of your usual routine would be great. that being said I'm a lot like you and I find my money is often in long term regulars, usually when you're shy you're very strong with one on one.
