Default What do I have to do to work better shifts/clubs?

Hey guys I'm really just a camgirl although I have briefly stripped before. I have a belly pooch that looks like shit *especially* whenever I bend down, and I think it would keep me off of night shifts/better clubs. I am 5'7 and weigh between 134-138 pounds lately. Let's just say I weigh 136. So I think losing weight would help with this problem and ab workouts not so much? So I've been avoiding that. I have a completely horrible very slow metabolism, but I've been eating clean for the most part the last couple of months and it's helped. I have been trying to workout lately, but it's hard to be consistent it's always one thing or another whether it be knee pain, or my mostly healed calf I tore a few months ago, or my left hip which I've had issues with. I don't really like to push my workouts to the max because I don't know what I even have, and I don't really like to push joint pain. Do I need to start calorie counting? A specific type of diet? Some kind of joint easy exercises? I realize I am nowhere near tip top shape, but I'd like to get there given my limitations. I know about tanning (which I'm clearly not doing here), but I also really don't think that's what separates me from a night shift at some upscale place so lets not sugarcoat here that a tan is all I need. I know a lot of you ladies like to be nice, but sometimes you all are so nice to the point you give people on here false hope from what I've seen lurking some of these sections...Yeah I can hide my problem area, but some places don't let you hide any problems during auditions so I feel like I just need to get my body right instead of "hiding" or covering up.. Never had kids so I really don't have any good excuse for this problem.

I guess I am also asking what in the hell is causing my ugly pooch?

First off, I suggest a good self tanner, or spray tan.
    Jergen's is popular
Can you maybe do a nutritionist/Heath consult, maybe go to a health club for that, to start?
It's hard to advise, not knowing your lifestyle, eating habits etc
Ayuvedic talks about different body types

Default Re: What do I have to do to work better shifts/clubs?

I would but with the way my cam income has fallen recently I can't afford anything beyond my normal bills... I need to get out of that shit job I am so done with the abuse. One troll after another and most of these dudes spend nowhere near what dudes spend at the strip club just being real here.

I appreciate the tanner suggestion, but it really won't do anything to hide what my stomache does everytime I bend down at all..

Here's my eating habits lately though not all this stuff everyday. Salads, greek yogurt with fruit, sometimes with peanut butter but avoiding that lately, rice and beans, chicken and rice/veggies etc, once in a blue moon pasta with shrimp and tomato sauce and a lot of veggies. I really don't see how I can completely cut out grains on my budget but willing to listen. I rarely have cheat days. I almost never eat candy or pastries/ice cream anything along those lines. I never drink soda these days, almost never drink juice. I keep waking up really hungry a lot of times because I am hungry obviously. I could be exercising more just not sure what to do. I really have no leftover money with my terrible cam income to join a gym to like swim/use eliptical or whatever people with shitty joints do. I'm really at a loss right now. I think my insane stress level lately has something to do with my disgusting stomache. Taking a vanilla job will just make my financial situation way worse.

I also almost never drink. Maybe once a month or less. I don't drink much either when I do.

I'm definitely endo or whatever body type I think. Both my parents are obese if that tells you anything.

I would not avoid working abs. But i would do a proper core workout that hits all angles. Having a stronger midsection can help pull things in. It's not gonna help you spot reduce or anything though.

I'd also look at your posture. Does rolling your hips forward or back shrink the bulge? Sometimes girls with a "pooch" that won't go away despite being at an okay weight just have a bad pelvic tilt.

As far as diet you should be tracking calories if the weight isn't coming off. It's still possible to overeat on "healthy" foods. Definitely pay attention to days/times when it appears better or worse, it looks like you may have a fair bit of bloat which is probably coming from something you're eating- not necessarily gluten though, dairy does it for a lot of people too.

If you google around you'll probably be able to find a home workout that is gentle on the joints as well.

Add more protein to your diet and reduce carbs and sugar intake. You should be having protein in every meal. Protein can help control your appetite. For lunch and dinner have some kind of protein with veggies. Do some kind of exercise that can help tone you up. Belly dancing, zumba, or some other cardio exercise. While you may not be able to hide any problem areas during audition if you do get hired, you can wear waist trainer or underbust corsets to cover the area. I've done that before because I have ibs and my belly can get pretty bloated sometimes.

By pull things in you mean sucking in my belly? I don't have issues sucking it in, I just wanted to post honest non sucked in photos to show how it really looks. Wouldn't my belly fat stick out over the muscle if I got some? I used to do ab workouts a few months ago but it didn't really make a difference with all my belly fat :x

My posture is still a little bad, but much improved from before.

I will definitely start counting calories tomorrow. Yes, I do have a bloating problem like most days honestly. My stomache looks a lot nicer when the bloat and water weight goes away for once- very rare. I think I have a few food allergies, but never got tested for those.

Yeah I actually did find something on the men's health website lmao High intensity at home workout designed for people with fucked knees.

@Wendi I don't really eat much sugar. Carbs I could reduce because I eat rice nearly every day. I also eat a lot of beans which I think contribute to the bloat. It seems like everything contributes to it though and like I can't eat anything- even certain vegetables. This sucks. Yeah I think my best option is to just to straight up lose weight rather than try and find some magical foods to cut out which I feel like I've cut out pretty much all my unhealthy habits at this point. Yeah I will find some outfits that hide my belly. I was thinking that I recall even when I was like 110 lbs at my height I'd still have some days I'm so bloated you'd think I'm 4 months pregnant ugh!!!

For workouts check out Jessica Smith on Youtube
She has tons of low impact workouts that are meant for small spaces! I've been using them for awhile and they're perfect for those of us who can't afford/ don't wanna join a gym.

I would cut out gluten. Eat rice instead of pasta, Also for me fruits can bloat me when I cut them out for a while my stomach was less bloated. take prebiotics also. do lots of cardio to burn the fat.

I'd say first is mental. Think of your stomach area as firm and beautiful (regardless of size).

Try waist trainer, corsets or something that holds that area tight.

I find it helps me to look at women's stomachs that I like that look similar to mine but slightly smaller while I'm working out.

Keep eating healthy and working out. Cardio + sprints (on elliptical or shock absorbing surface for ease on joints) will burn fat even after your workout. Eat more protein/drink protein shakes to stay full longer. Snacks like almonds, yogurt, etc. in between meals.

Do you like swimming? Swimming is a great way to tone your body, get cardio, and it's easy on the joints. A nice 1 piece swimsuit will hold the area tight.

You need to loose about 20 lbs. I think you should eat ~1000-1200 calories and exercise every day. Pick up weightlifting. Honestly, I think a lot of people in this post are tiptoeing around it, but you're definitely bordering obese and need to fix this asap. Corseting will also help you, too. Just get a custom corset.

How does your hair and makeup look? You should probably make sure that's also on point.

I relate to a lot of this. When I was short on funds I'd sneak over to a friend's apartment complex if they had a gym or a pool/sauna.

& Yes genetics is a huge influence...both my parents got heavy as they aged & one of my grandparents was heavy all his life. It sucks but in that category of fat genes we have to work harder.

The good news is once your new fitness & diet habits become your "new normal" it will be less hard to live with. & I've even lost weight during times where no one really does (during winter with a lot of stress going on.) Just keeping busy & away from environments that tempt you to eat/drink out of boredom is very important.

I don't think it's wise to label someone as bordering on obese when they are not.

I just typed in her height and weight on the CDC calculator for BMI and her measurements fall in the average range - far from obese, she's not even overweight.

She just has a bit of extra stomach fat (which it's not an ugly pooch it is normal for many women because they need it to carry babies) and she can get that slimmed easy with continued diet and exercise plus other tips mentioned above.

ummm i think everyone should know by now that under 1200 cal is not healthy at all, especially for someone that's 5'7".

to the OP: i'm your height and a good 50 pounds heavier than you and definitely look smaller. your best bet is lots of exercise, especially as a newbie you will have amazing results fast. research at home workouts. youtube is your friend! so much info is available to us for free and you don't even need a gym membership. and clean eating will get you in shape fast, i'm sure.

    LOL @ anoncamgirl.

I am obviously asking and posting pics because I know I need to improve my body if I wanna make more money whether it be stripping or I stay in camming (which mentally I don't think I can).

I'd say most days I eat very clean and it helps my stomache, but not that much. I must have food allergies to a lot of shit. FYI that picture I was bloated as I am most days so thanks for calling me obese LOL

Anyway at all of you that are actually trying to help thanks.

Actually just follow a whole bunch of fitness instagrams

Since you have joint pain and can't get to an elliptical you should pick up a pair of roller skates, that's most fun cardio without constant pressure that running gives

You need to roller skate and do yoga, start your day with yoga before you even had anything to eat . You need your muscles jump started in the morning and working all day long .

In three months if you literally just do those two things you be giving your body a fantastic base to start even building a booty - yoga also helps strengthen your joints so maybe in three months if you're sick of roller skating you can try light jogging by then. 6 months from that and if you consistently tan and to be honest get a really glamorous hairstyle you'll be Ten in any strip clubs books and be able to work wherever whenever.

Weight doesn't matter btw, it's all about proportion and it seems you have the "apple" body type meaning your weight isn't proportional; it goes mostly to your core/upper body instead of creating that hourglass men/strip club owners are looking for.

These are my suggestions since you eat clean already; so it's up to you to put in the cardio work....seriously rollerblading is really run.....find a nice park in a nice area where no one will bother you and just play your tunes and blade the belly away boo

No no kids here, that's why I hate having it so much, but slowly trying to get rid of it. Thanks I guess I will have to get on instagram then to stalk the fitness posts. I actually have never in my life lacked in the booty department (probably my only good genetics) even when I was a good 25 pounds lighter although picking up some of these exercises definitely won't hurt.

Appreciate the rollerblading suggestion! I haven't done that in years, but I remember it being super fun. Wouldn't have thought of it on my own. I think the biggest reason I haven't really been doing as much cardio as I want to is joints/torn calf from a few months ago still a bit iffy. I don't think rollerblading would affect anything negatively.

I gave up trying to please the strip club world after I hit 180 at 5'8'' LOL I now cam & eat what I want when I want & dgaf what these so called "men" or "managers" want LOL . My ass is happier now at 200 lbs than I was at 145lbs trying to please that world.

However if you must & wanna drop weight, this is what I did years ago I started rollerskating & eating like once a day (bad advice yes I know, but I did that bc I was depressed) Just fuck the diet & grab a waist cincher or corset & work at a diver place. You'll make money with those sexy curves That's also what I did at 180.

Yeah 5'7" and 137 is a totally normal weight.

OP I would get hired on a non-bloated day and make sure you have a tummy covering outfit (whether it be a corset, 1 piece bodysuit or cute dress) for days when the bloating is an issue if you still have to work. If you have days when you look like the pic you just posted there's no reason to not start now while you work on determining the cause(s) of your bloat issues.

I don't think you are huge but you should lose weight if you want to be strip club hot. I danced curvy and skinny and had a easier time sales wise when I was skinny. I still made money curvy because clubs were better then but I had to hustle more. As a skinny dancer I made money with less headache.
