Default Migraine/ Headache Relief~This REALLY Works!

I gave this a try, because I suffer from both migraines and headaches. It really works! I usually take prescription strength ibuprofen.faefe1cc48de4188ef1f57fd908b1225.jpg
No water needed, and they just melt in your mouth.
Supermarkets and health food stores sell it.

Another thing is to make sure it's not a tension headache. More info about it:

With a tension headache, there are specific sources (trigger points) where the headache is coming from. I learned to fix my own headaches by putting pressure on my trigger points and if it's too deep to reach with my fingers, gently sliding acupuncture needles into the muscles until I reach the hard knot (you'll feel the muscle cramp or twitch) and leave it in there for like 10 minutes. Be careful not to go near places where the major arteries are.

I used to get these all of the time, REALLY bad. A shot of vodka one day cured it completely, for months. When it comes back I just take another shot. I dunno, probably just a me-thing.

Am I the only one that iced coffee cures migraines for? It gets rid of migraine but then I get all hyper and jittery instead. I must be a weirdo.

No, I've seen the ingredient caffiene in various aspirin/pain pills

Caffeine helps. If I catch mine in time a coke-a-cola with ibuprofen can prevent it from getting worse. It is the time I drink coke-a-cola, use it as medicine.

Excedrine Migraine has caffeine in it. It works to if I catch it in time. If I wake up with one, I take two excedrine migraines & then go back to bed.
