If i don't work the night before i usually wake up naturally between 530-630am. I'm always up before any alarms I set.
When i work at night i go to bed at 3:30am and wake up naturally between 7-8am :/
No matter what i can never seem to sleep in past 8 am. I'm always fitting in naps whenever i can. It's awful :/ i miss the days I could sleep until noon
