Default How much do the dancers average in atlanta these days?

I'm a newbie, so sorry if it's been discussed before. I searched, and couldn't really find any specific recent info.
But i live in atlanta and i'm considering stripping, but i'm not really sure yet. I used to hear dancers here make bank, but then i also heard the industry isn't the same these days and things have slowed down.

I know the money varies a lot, but what would you say is a weekly average i could expect to make? I really don't want to bother with it if i'm making less than 1k a week..
The club i was thinking of working at is Strokers since that's the first place that offered. Lol i actually went to apply as a waitress but they were full of them.
How much do the girls make at other places like follies, onyx, blue flame, kamals/platinum..?

It's hard to say what a dancer averages in Atlanta because it's all about your hustle. I've seen the most prettiest girls with a bangin ass body in the club make nothing while I've also seen an average looking girl make bank. You can't go in those type of clubs without a hustle. But there are even some of the best of girls that makes less than a week. You have to consider that while dancing, you may or may not always make 1k a week especially just starting out.

Actually I came back to this forum to ask the same question. I retired in 2013 and have been having the WORST time getting my foot back in the door in the areas I've tried so far. I want to try Atlanta, I never danced there back when things were really good and I'm terribly apprehensive about the idea of traveling there, spending $$ on a license and wasting my time and energy. I had my own style that worked for me back in the day, in 2017 I can't even imagine the black clubs anymore. I'd really like if the black dance community would be straightforward about what's happening in our clubs. Things change drastically from year to year, any veteran dancer knows that. I'd certainly like to know what I'd be getting myself into if I decide to go. Managers and the people who answer the phones usually aren't reliable or professional and I've been through enough bullshit dancing for ten years to know better than to pretend it's as simple as having a hustle and just jumping into the game.

Yeah I totally feel you. I don't understand why girls are so secretive about everything. People want to know what they're getting themselves into.

maybe girls don't want to disclose what they make. that's very private to a lot of people. also just cause they make a certain amount most certainly doesn't mean you will make that amount.

    ^^

There's many reasons why girls don't want to post "I make $X at Club X most shifts" on an open forum.

If you're looking on info for a specific city/club the best thing to do is find a girl who works in that city and send her a pm. Generally girls share more info when they know it's going to one girl not potentially hundreds of lurkers.

Take a look at the rank under your username. No one knows you. You have not tried to make friends. You show up and demand that your rivals help you. Ain't gonna happen. Hang around for some months, participate and make friends. Then ask questions. That's your best bet.

    Cut the sass.

    1) A lot of us were dancing looooong before we found this forum. Nobody told us what we were getting into. Nobody spoon fed us the house fees and earnings potential and hustle tips that you can find on here. You're getting a wealth of info for free just on what's already in Club Chat and Hustle Hut. You've contributed nothing. We do not owe you anything.
    2) Someone once wrote a very detailed post about my old club & we had an absolute flood of new girls. It made for an irritating and less profitable environment for the house girls.
You're inadvertently screwing yourself actually; if we tell you Club XYZ averages $300, a bunch of other girls will see that and flock in, and then nobody, including you, is going to average that anymore.
    3) You are plainly not interested in dancing enough to take your happy ass into a club and audition. Laziness on the part of doing something as simple as giving a club a quick 3 hour shift to check it out yourself, does not bode well for your income as a stripper... regardless of what other girls might make. If you think that's harsh, well, dancing is harsh quite frankly, and you will hear worse shit from other girls & customers all day long.

Not a big deal?, Not a big deal for you to go there and come back and tell everyone how much you make. If you think in dancing everyone will try and help you your wrong, your on your own.

We are not fortune tellers. No one can predict what gal will make what money at any particular club anywhere in the world.

In all honesty, I have seen some dumb ass chics telling everybody where they're at, exactly how much they make....inflating shit, etc. Like why on Earth?

You can be helpful, but not fkn stupid.

It is a sales job, some will walk out each night with no money & some a few hundred then there will be one or two who walks out of the club with a few thousand. No one can determine which one a gal might be.

In response to #3 I actually am intrested in dancing but couldn't check out the clubs because I'm under 21. Anywhere I go is taking a shot in the dark. But I did manage to get hired at a few places. First Strokers but decided against it because I wasn't trying to pay that $300 liscence, then Eye Candy (where I danced my first night, but didn't come back because it was too hood for my taste and it didn't seem like there was money in the club. And now I just got hired at Oasis and will start tomorrow on night shift(:
But best believe once I'm a steady dancer, I'm not gonna be stingy with information like you guys. Smh

You come back and let us know your wealth of info for free.

We didn't say you had to struggle, you DO have to do the work yourself. It's not about struggling, it's about you're literally asking us to spoon feed you info.

When I first registered on here as a newbie, I never asked rude questions like, "where are you working and how much do you make".

I still got helpful advice, while doing my own research. No spoon feeding rude shit.

Not only the above, but we continuously get same ?'s over & over.. not many thanks that much either

Also, if you just tried a place for one night, maybe you're cutting your options short?

To think I spent the best part of ten years not getting info from here because there was not any on 99% of the clubs I worked. Even the info I got for the first US club I worked was just about dress code. The best way to get info is just to get out there work and network that's how I found best info. Also even the info you find on here you need to take with a pinch of salt. I would never have worked at some of the clubs if I listened to what people had said about them, people have different experiences. There was only one review I found dead on about a club and I pmed the girl too to thank her. I have also pmed girls given them info about clubs and they have worked at them and liked them. one girl even moved near to a club after my advice then was never heard of again or thanked me. I glad the club worked out for her. You just have to get out there, I once travelled to a crap club that was not worth it but found out about a big horse racing event the next week and the girls invited me and hooked me up with the promoter of the event. I went the next week with the girls and bumped into others that had come from London with a different promoter and payed double house fee and expenses for hotels when I payed next to nothing.

To the OP, how many times does it has to be said.... there is literally no way to answer your question... you simply cannot say that you will average a certain amount per night at Club XXY.... It all depends on your hustle and looks.... You simply just have to go try each club yourself.

Also, there is a TON of help on here. The sticky posts in Hustle Hut will literally teach you how to hustle.

It's okay OP,I've been on here off & on for awhile and still get no help/info sometimes. Lol. It's like the CIA with some of this info, just try to research and just go out there. I went to Blue Flame in June as a customer and seems like they do good. Good luck! :-)

I'd like to add in the form Selina did...

    1. Most strippers lie about their money.
    2. Most strippers actually don't even know how to count their money properly (the amount of girls I know that I watch make $100 on a stage set and then rave about how someone thru them $400 is ridiculously common.. in addition to other examples)
    3. I have actually danced in a number of cities deemed "awful" on this forum that I do GREAT in. So you honestly never know...

This advice is golden! It's often I find the clubs or shifts people don't trumpet have great stress free earning potential.

I feel your pain on not being 21 yet, and not having the potential to just go anwhere and try. I am dealing with the same thing. I have noticed the clubs in my area that will let me work tend to treat me worse than the above 21 dancers, simply because they know they can. What am I gonna do? Not work?? I have been using my time in the clubs that will hire me to pretty much make as much as I can while evolving my hustle and upping my stage performance. I have plans for my 21st bday that involves a bigger city with better money in the clubs. I have decided after a year and a half of being treated crappy by the clubs that will take me, that when I can work in the bigger cities, I'm going in a bad ass.And she is right. Nobody really helps the new girl. And when i first started i didnt understand why either. But after having danced a while and trying to be nice and help others (I used to have the same help everyone uplift them mentality), I noticed the girls i helped that wouldnt have lasted through night one without me, got big, made money, and then actively went out of their way to use my techniques on my customers and steal them. So I dont help people who are local to me anymore. Dancing is a competitive industry. Dont beef up your competition.
